If i'm going back again with my Family, I will choose this place.

The place was so nice, very clean and the staff are very courteous. Best breakfast served especially the longanisa. Napakabait din ni Manong Guard, if may kailangan ka sabihan mo lang sya hehehe highly recommended to all my friends who wants to travel in Ilocos Norte. We enjoyed a lot!!!

The best hotel we've stayed from hotels in San Fernando, La Union to Vigan City to Laoag City!!!

Breakfast is good coz you have more choices, especially their fried boneless bangus. Truth is, when we requested for 2 eggs each they served the same without extra cost. Room and bathroom facilities are complete and clean, with strong hot bath water. Highly recommended for couples and family.....

Disappointing

breakfast was good and served just right. served on time and complete with hot chocolate drink. choices were good. request like packed for an early check out was accommodated/granted.

on our second day of stay, we have our lunch in the hotel where we ordered fish sinigang, pakbet, bagnet and chicken in garlic parmesan. the chicken was solely eaten by our children. late in the afternoon our youngest already complained of headache and a little pain in the stomach. at dinner time our youngest did not join us anymore as she was not feeling well after vomiting for three times. at 8:30pm we went to St. Camillus Hospital for an outpatient check-up of our youngest as she has vomited for five times already and complains of stomachache. an hour later my husband has to fetch our two daughters from the hotel as they have chatted of stomach pains and vomiting too. all three of them vomited again at the hospital even after the medicines were injected. unfortunately, after questioning by the doctor, it turns out that the chicken has cause the vomiting and stomach pains of our three daughters, which they have to endure for several days before we left for Manila on the 17th. i have informed the front desk about it on the morning of 15th as there was no one manning the reception area when we arrived from the hospital at around 11:30 in the evening of 14th. i was told that the management will be informed of what happened and my contact number was taken for them to reach out. Up to this writing, no call was received. do hope same incident won't happen to other families staying in the hotel.

Good stay!

Friendly staff. Close to city proper so it is more convenient for us to go to the places we would like to visit especially our family. Staff and security guards were helpful. Complete amenities such as swimming pool, gym and a little restaurant. Private sitting areas were available if you want to talk to someone in a private setting.

Parking is not convenient sometimes. Roads are too narrow because it is a residential area. The breakfast lounge/restaurant is small so it is hard to walk around when somebody is already sitting around the tables.

Breakfast has good selection, in fact lunch and dinner were also very good. Staff is 5-star... friendly, attentive and helpful.

We took cold showers for couple of days because the water heater was not turned ON. We just thought there was no hot water. But after asking about hot water, it was corrected within minutes. The maid staff also did a fantastic job.

Breakfast was ok

Food a little pricey and did not meet my expectations . Cook needs to be trained more We ordered crispy pata and we had like a burned and chewy pata. Looked like it was cooked in air fryer instead of traditional deep fry.

Good hotel to stay in Laoag City.

Clean room and bathroom, clean towels and linens, good breakfast options, awesome and honest hotel staff. One of our friends realized that she left her bag at the hotel and we were already a few hours away from the city. I called the hotel to ask if they found a bag in the lobby and yes they did. They kept it for us until we went back to retrieve it. Such honesty is commendable.

Maybe a night light at the room will be good. If we turn off all the lights it is pitch dark, if we leave the light in the bathroom it is too bright as the bathroom door is glass and light projects thru it.

No view but was fine - did not spend much time in room. Only a sheet but didn’t ask so they may have comforted/blankets/top available.

Good value for money.

We liked the spacious room: it met our expectations. The staff was attentive to our needs: arranged a taxi to the airport, stored our luggage.

Breakfast menu offered to us was very limited; and we did not get what we asked for ultimately. Some of us were woken up by dogs and roosters at 5 am. The room got either very cold with aircon or very warm without it - difficult to balance the temp. The bathroom door was translucent and did not contribute to privacy therein.

The pool located at the 4th floor. The common area that makes you feel like you’re just in a new home, relaxing. Approachable staffs, I hope they continue to be.

Spotty and hassle to connect to WiFi connections around the whole hotel. As an IT, I would need better internet connection even inside the hotel-room.
