This is a Landmark Vacation Rentals home and can be rented with sister property Wright St8 of Mind (#113) for large groups and together can accommodate up to 21 guests.

Location, location, location! Right in the heart of it all, Whale House #112 is steps away from everything! Located in the heart of Wrightsville Beach, you are a quick walk from the beach, sound, restaurants, bar, park, shops, and fishing pier, Whale House is ready to host you. With 5 bedrooms, Whale House can comfortably accommodate 11 guests. There are multiple private decks, so start your day by enjoying the sea breeze while sipping coffee on either the private deck off the master bedroom or the deck off of the living room as you listen to the sound of the waves and the seagulls from the ocean. After preparing breakfast in the fully equipped kitchen, grab your paddleboard, kayak, or fishing pole and walk a few feet down to the end of the street and enjoy calm sound water access or a take a jog around “the loop” of Wrightsville Beach which the house is centered in. When it’s time to hit the beach, you will enjoy direct access just a few hundred feet from the house. After spending the day soaking up some rays and relaxing on the sand, shower off in the private outdoor shower and get ready for an evening of fun and relaxation. Relax in the shade of the covered carport while you grill out your favorite meal. As sunset nears, head to the rooftop deck with your favorite cocktail and enjoy the finest 360-degree view of the ocean, sound, and island Wrightsville has to offer. As you’re done watching the sun slip below the horizon, head across the street to see what’s biting at Johnny Mercers Fishing Pier, indulge in an ice cream from the Beach Shoppe, and enjoy a nightcap or snack at the Shark Bar and Kitchen or Palm Room, all just steps away from Whale House.
Not only is Whale House’s location ideal, but the comforts of the accommodations are also sure to satisfy all guests.

The second-floor kitchen has everything you need to enjoy your stay and includes a wine and beer refrigerator in the large center island, large sink, Subzero and Wolf appliances, and casual bar seating. The second floor also features a comfortable open concept living room with television and deck with outside dining area for four. A bedroom with a queen-size bed and TV with access to the hall full bathroom is also located on this floor.
The third floor has a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, private balcony, and an en suite master bath complete with a jacuzzi tub and double vanity. Another bedroom has a king-sized bed with jack-and-jill bathroom connecting to a fourth bedroom with a set of twin bunk beds and additional twin trundle bed. The fourth floor has another room with a queen bed and desk/working area in case you need to slip away to complete some work, as well as a half bathroom, and access to the incredible rooftop deck.

The outdoor closet is a great place to store your beach gear and guests have use of beach chairs and bocce ball set. From location, to amenities, to furnishings, Whale House is ready to host your vacation or get-a-way and will leave you wanting to come back again!

Please note that the rooftop deck is shared and quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM. There is parking space for TWO vehicles in the driveway directly in front of Unit B (right side of the white stripe on the driveway). Paid street parking is available in the town of Wrightsville Beach. Visitors may purchase day or week parking passes by visiting the following website:
NO parking is allowed under the carport area.

Provided With Your Stay: Bath Towels, Hand Towels and Washcloths, Bath Mats, and Kitchen Linens are provided. A First Night Amenity Kit which includes: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Trash Bags and More will be waiting for you! Professional cleaning service is provided after every guest stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a great property. We were short towels for the number of guest the property stated it sleeps but that was corrected the following day. The kitchen floors were extremely dirty when we arrived but otherwise the property was clean.

Tough to beat this location, a block from the beach and the pier. The house itself has tons of room, and was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was amazing and allowed us to walk to the beaches, local bars and restaurants. The house had everything needed. Landmark was very accommodating and easy to work with. We will be using them again!

The rooftop deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee. And best of all-a 5 minute (or less!) walk to the beach!

Being along the loop made it easy to step outside and walk/run at our leisure. We enjoyed the rooftop deck offering vast views of WB. We found the house to be everything we needed, with rooms and comfortable beds for everyone. And when we wanted to have family meals, the kitchen offered a great space to prepare and enjoy a meal together. We would definitely recommend the Whale House!

We had such a great stay at this property. It was clean and easy. The location is perfect for the beach, bars, & restaurants. The rooftop deck was definitely our favorite part!

A lot of previous guests must have left their beach items at the house. The listing said to bring your own beach chairs, toys, towels etc., but when we arrived there was plenty available. Also the grill provided was unusable, we contacted the property management and they are aware.

It was a very comfortable stay for our family especially since there was enough room to spread out. The showers worked well, the kitchen had ample kitchenware, and the beds were comfy. We loved how close we were to the beach and pier. We would highly recommend and stay there again.

This beach house was the perfect accommodation for our family. Very spacious living spaces with more than enough room. The master bed was so comfortable too. Having a rooftop to look out on all of wrightsville was a cherry on top. You can’t beat the location either! We will absolutely stay here again.
