Rental was exactly as Advertised! Beautiful Home, tons of room ,and excellent location. We have visted Venice for 4 years, and this was our best rental yet. Would definitely rent again. This home will not dissapoint!

This house was perfect for our family of four. Everything was as described in the listing, if not better. Plenty of space. Comfy bedrooms. Well-equipped kitchen. Easy walk to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. We prefer a low-key beach setting and couldn’t have been more pleased!

We loved the home. The location is great. 5 min walk to beach, 10 min walk to morning yoga at the Venice Beach. Plenty of space for us with our adult children and baby. Love the kitchen. We cooked almost every meal for 5 weeks. Property manager easy to contact and responsive. Hope to be back!

Enjoyed the size and amenities of this house. Plenty of room with open floorplan. Clean. Great location for accessing beach. A mere 5 minute walk to to an uncrowded beach. Plenty of parking spaces. House is located in a nice neighborhood.

House is easy walking distance to the beach, well maintained, very clean and with all the amenities needed to make the 10 day stay for our family of 2 adults and 3 teens very comfortable. The kayaks were a delightful surprise and an added plus!

Beautiful home. The high ceilings, color coordination and open concept gave this home an extremely spacious feel. The home has three good size bedrooms, along with two large bathrooms and an office. Plenty of room for a full family. Great location. This home is located a short, three minute walk to an almost-private beach. The location is also within walking distance of downtown Venice and all of the restaurants and shops. Housekeeping was the only thing that wasn't up to standard with our stay. Quite a bit of dust, fuzz and hair was found on the hardwood floors and the large floor rugs. An old scouring pad was left in the kitchen sink and toilet paper was in the master bath toilet. The microwave had food remnants and lots of fingerprints. Food was found in the refrigerator from the previous guests. We checked into this home between Christmas and New Year's holidays. That might be an explanation as to why housekeeping was substandard. We had great weather during our stay and our overall experience was enjoyable to where we would give housekeeping another chance to meet expectations. We would stay at this home again in the future.

The weather didn't cooperate, but the home was great since we had to be inside a bit. The beds and accommodations are nice. The home is beautiful and in a great location. Would definitely stay there again.
