Hotelzimmer ist sehr schön. Die Lage ist gut.
Pool komplett falsch konstruiert. Die pumpenanlage kann den Pool nicht sauber halten. Rezeption ist nicht in der Lage einen weitertransport zu organisieren. Frühstück Situation teilweise ein Chaos. Zu wenig Platz für die Anzahl der Gäste. Teilweise fühlt man sich wie in der Türkei bei voller auslastung. Internationaler Standard wie von holiday inn erwartet kann nicht gewährleistet werden.

Dat het niet inclusief ontbijt is en dat dit los bijgeboekt moet worden. ( vrij hoge kosten)
Veel strand lakens worden al vast klaar gelegd bij het zwembad vroeg in de morgen zodat de bedjes langs het zwembad direct al bezet zijn vanaf 10 uur.

Leider zu klein für die Anzahl der Gäste, das wird v. A. beim Frühstück sehr deutlich. Aber auch die Liegen am Pool sind Mangelware.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, perfect for families looking for some R and R or looking for a base for their adventure. We stayed here for three nights towards the end of our trip and it was just perfect for what we wanted. Brilliant kids club with a range of activities and super welcoming staff who the children loved. Right in front of Cocotam’s and next to fisherman’s village so could not be better located. Highly recommend.
Sun bed reservations at 7am! By 9am all sun beds are taken. The resort could do with a few more to alleviate this issue. Please also get rid of the sweets at the breakfast buffet! I am not the strictest of mums by any stretch but really don’t want a battle with my kids first thing in the morning. I’m sure most parents don’t want their kids eating sweets as soon as they wake up!

Das Personal war, wie grundsätzlich in Thailand, sehr zuvorkommend und hat sich um alle Angelegenheiten und Wünsche gekümmert.
Die Zimmer waren modern eingerichtet, sauber und für uns als Familie ausreichend.
Das Frühstück hat für jeden von uns etwas im Angebot gehabt und war gut.
Der Fitnessraum ist gut ausgestattet und sauber.
Besonders ist die Lage vom Hotel positiv zu bewerten. Es handelt sich zum einen um einen direkten Strandzugang und zum anderen, ist man abends direkt im Leben. Neben dem Hotel befindet sich der tägliche Night Market vom Fisherman Village und das Fisherman Village mit den Restaurants & Bars.
Was mir, wie so oft, nicht gefallen hat, ist der Umgang mit den Lebensmitteln. Auch wenn ich für das Frühstück bezahlt habe, muss man sich nicht den ganzen Teller, bzw. Tisch mit sämtlichen Lebensmitteln füllen, wovon mehr als die Hälfte weggeworfen werden muss. Dieses Verhalten ist unerträglich! Hinzukommt eine Dauerbeschallung durch Tablets und Smartphones der viele Gäste beim Frühstück. Überhaupt sollte es mir als Gast möglich sein, den Tisch nicht wie ein Schlachtfeld zu hinterlassen.
Was man besser hätte beschreiben könnte, wäre die Zielgruppe der Gäste. Ja, es ist ein Familienhotel, doch das eher für Familien mit Kleinkindern und nicht mehr mit Teenies.

The rooms and all of the hotel facilities are new and well maintained. Great staff at the kids club, great staff all around the hotel, great breakfast. The pools are clean and welcoming. Perfect location for going to the night market and plenty of restaurants around.

The rooms were large and clean and we had a great view of the pool from our balcony. The location of the hotel itself is amazing and you can walk to the fisherman’s village night market and a whole array of restaurants and shops within minutes. The breakfast buffet was also really nice with many options though the menu remained nearly the same on both days we availed it. There are so many activities for kids on a daily basis.

2. מנהל דלפק שברגע שמבין שהמלון כשל בתמורה פתאום נעלם . וכשחזר לדלפק הוא פתאום לא מבין על מה דיברנו איתו ומתנהג בצורה מגעילה ללקוח , משקר , ומתחיל לחזור כמו תוכי אחר מה שאומרים לו . משוט משפיל את הלקוח
3. לסוייטות בקומה העליונה אין מרפסת / חלון נפתח .
4. הנוף בחלק מהסוויטות פונה לבית פרטי כך שחייבים כל הזמן לסגור בוילונות את החלונות .
5. הסוויטות רחוקות מהבריכה , מהלובי , ומהטיילת .
6. בסוויטה אין פרטיות להורים . יש דלת אחת מהחדר הורים ואין מפתח בין החדרים .
7. ארוחת בוקר דלה .
8. חוף הים מרוחק מהמלון ( למרות שהוא מול המלון )
חשוב לציין שבכל השיחה וגם בסופה התנהגנו בצורה מכבדת ומכובדת גם למנהל הגרוע !!
נעלבנו מהתנהגותו שילמנו עשרות אלפי באטים ( כאלפיים שקל )מעל מה שהיינו אמורים לשלם ועזבנו .
מנהל הדלפק פשוט הורס את השם של המלון וחבל !

Ruim opgezet, heel schoon, splashpark is erg leuk voor kinderen, gym was goed. Iedere dag schoonmaak. Kamer was fijn, ruim en koel.
Alles was wel heel duur. Meer dan €3 voor 1 bolletje schepijs, is niet normaal. Tevens is hier verblijven erg duur voor Thaise begrippen.

The Whole Experience was perfect for us, the ONLY reason I didn't rate it a 10 was that it was quite full, which I understand because it is one of the best hotels in Koh Samui for families. The kids club was amazing, breakfast 10/10 Staff was exceptional, from the cleaning crews to the manager MINK we were thoroughly impressed and will most definently be back due to our wonderful experience with management and quality that does not falter.
There was nothing we didn't like. It was just a bit full, which for us with 2 kids 7 and 4 was just fine.

Hotelkamer top, werkelijk overal is aan gedacht en de kinderkamer in jungle thema vond ons zoontje helemaal fantastisch. De faciliteiten van het hotel voor kinderen zijn ook erg uitgebreid en goed. Het is wel echt op kinderen gericht dus zonder kinderen zou ik hier niet zo snel heen gaan.
We hadden via accommodatie airport transfer geboekt maar er is niemand op komen dagen. Vervolgens geprobeerd met receptie te bellen maar na 4 x doorverbonden te worden en opnieuw alle gegevens doorgegeven te hebben, hebben we zelf maar vervoer geregeld.
Hele kleine note maar informatie wat betreft activiteiten als komst ‘Sammy aap’ klopt niet dus stond mijn zoontje met hoge verwachtingen steeds te wachten. Niemand van het personeel wist hier verder wat van af.

Très bien situe dans Fisherman’s village avec accès à pied aux bars et resto. Super Infrastructure aquatique pour les enfants mais l’eau est y est froide tout de même. Club enfants (garderie plutôt) intérieur climatisé avec beaucoup de jeux (structure pour grimper etc). Super petit déjeuner continental. Aire de jeux extérieure dans le sable super pour tous les âges. Vraiment un club adapté aux enfants
Animation « cirque » proposée : la nourriture n’était franchement pas terrible et l’animation non plus (vendu comme un spectacle mais c’est plutôt une mise à disposition de jouets pour les enfants)

This was a perfect hotel for a family vacation. The range of facilities was excellent, especially the kids pool and the biggest indoor play area I’ve ever seen in a hotel. We used the babysitting service twice and it was great for our 18 month old. The hotel is close to other bars and restaurants and offers a great breakfast.
In house restaurants are expensive and not wonderful.

It tried to be western but for us it's wrong.
We always want to eat local food but the Thai food here
wasn't take big part and wasn't the best quality either.
We have disappointed not to have a mango for 10 days.
It's Thailand, we should get mango at breakfast :)
Except the breakfast, also the pool bar wasn't that great.
The smoothies and the shakes there were had sugar and syrups in it
but why when you have such an amazing and delicious fruits in Thailand?

Super family friendly. Great rooms. We have 2 little kids, and the jungle bunks were awesome. Kids club really good too, loads of activities and great staff. Location good too, right next to market and good restaurants.

City view is not city view. It’s overlooking a carpark m. Whilst being close to the market is good, it’s on 5 nights a week and the room is very loud especially in the kids room which you think would have had more effort put into soundproofing.

A reggeli egészen elképesztő. Rengeteg minden megtalálható, még ebéd szintű reggelit is lehet itt tartani. Nagyon szuper a gyerek játszóház, és a gyerek medence. Kislányunk mind a kettőt imádta. nagyon szuper a nagy medence is, van benne egy bár is. Remek hotel volt!
A parton lehetne a napágyaknál saját napernyő is. Van fent, és onnan csak pár lépcső a tengerpart, de lent a homokban csak ágyak vannak. Ez jó lett volna.

La gentillesse de toute l’équipe, mes enfants ont pu être relogés dans une partie un peu plus calme car ils avaient une chambre sur la route qui était très très bruyante, Bella qui est Manager les a vraiment aidés ils ont eu un upgrade merci à elle 😀 la propreté et le calme de cet hôtel il mérite vraiment un 10/10
