Amazing views but needs a bit more furnishings to be luxury

Lovely apartment with a magnificent sea view …

…just lacking a few of those luxury finishes like a patio set on the balcony , small tv in master bedroom and enough comfy chairs for 4 people . No luxury toiletries in bathrooms . This didn’t deter from the stay though… very central and an amazing view . Maybe a bit on the pricy side

A lovely spot to watch the ocean and explore Perranporth

Sea view. Wifi worked well. Clean, modern furnishings and bathrooms. Access was easy with good instructions. Regular comms with the owner was prompt and helpful. Shops and restaurants are a short walk away. A morning swim in the sea was a real treat too.

Windows facing the sea hadn't been cleaned for some time, however the owner responded to this request promptly which was appreciated. Overall the apartment was lovely but more expensive than we would have expected.

Fabulously positioned apartment but needs a lot of attention to detail within the apartment itself.

Location can't be beaten..View amazing, A dog walkers paradise!

Lack of basic cooking utensils ( no potato masher, no jug to make gravy, toaster not working properly)..scratched worn plates, & not enough plates, no cups & saucers The microwave got hot on top even when the door was open & it hadn't been used so unplugged it for the rest of the stay.. There were no instructions for any of the appliences..Heating was hit & miss, no clue or instructions on how to use it..No coathangers found in the main wardrobe. The pillows & matress in the main bedroom were very spongy & uncomfortable, the matress pushes you to the side, almost collapses when laid upon leading to a trip to a&e ( caused intense neck pain..torticolis) had to get strong painkillers & spent the rest of thr week after day 2 sleeping on the sofa with extra supportive pillows we had to purchase.Bed pushed against the wall meant that once in bed you had to climb over the other person to get out if you needed the toilet in the night. Very claustrophobic...The extra duvet in main bedroom covered in dust.The twin beds were extremely low to the ground..Not really suitable for an older adult as too low to be able to get up..We had to stack one matress on top of the other to make them useable..Thank goodness there was only 3 of us. Dog hairs found down the side of double bed when it was moved away from the wall & dog hairs found on the bedroom mat & dog hairs in the washing machine that covered our clothes when we washed them..We have a dog so we are not against dogs at all but I wasn't keen on someone elses dog hair sticking to my clothes in the washer/ dryer.. The sink plug in ensuite didn't hold the water The main living area patio door almost impossible to close once you've opened it..Needs the real force of a man. Plaster hanging off the ceiling in the ensuite.. No toilet roll holder in either bathroom.
