Great and friendly host. Simple and quick check in and out. Easy communication. Nicely decorated room. Quiet. Great view from the balcony. Very close to the center. We recommend it

Beautiful place to stay. Our 1st Holiday as a couple coulndt be in better place. Felt in love with Makarska ❤️ Mrs Damir as owner was the best man we could wish to have, so helpfull, kind, always smile on his face. perfect place! highly reccomend.

Damir! he is such a nice friendly guy. It was super quiet at night and the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The bathroom had a bit of a funky smell but It seemed like it was just old piping. the black out curtains in the room are amazing for a good night sleep.

it’s up a hill 😂 but every accom is up a hill here.

near the city center (5min by foot), very comfortable, owner was a a very nice person, parking was included, we only stayed 1 night, but we‘ll return for sure

Great, easy stay!

Really nice apartment, clean and you have everything you need. The host is very kind and let put our stuff in a safe cabenet the day we left. Highly recommend and we will come again !

The room was comfortable and clean. We loved the balcony and the outdoor kitchen. The closest beach was a leisurely 10 minute walk away, and the city centre was really close for an evening walk.

Peace and quiet in a lovely room.

Very clean almost new. Summer kitchen is a fab idea to meet fellow travellers or just sit alone with a coffee. Safe secure area to park my motorcycle 🏍️. 5 Minutes from the old center and another 2 min to the harbor. Lots of hot water Private outside space with room

It's a bit of a slope to walk up. Shower head holder a bit low Other than that nothing I can think why I would not come again ..fab

Spotlessly clean, spacious, nicely decorated and well organized room, cute balcony to enjoy a glass of wine in the evenings, very friendly and attentive owners, quiet neighbourhood close to downtown and main beach. Totally recommended! :)

Superb

Smart usage of apartment space and parking spots (very important if you are with a car in Makarska). Comfortable bed, big balcony. Excellent location, old town is reachable by foot. Friendly host who is always ready to give you good advice.

Great!

The owner kept in contact with us from the point of booking. We were only staying one night before we caught the ferry to Brač but the room was very clean with good air conditioning. 5 minute walk to the the town and riviera. No complaints at all! Great value for money!

A great place to stay in Makarska

I definitely enjoyed my stay in the Guest House Damir and would like to visit again. The room was very cozy, clean, with a beautiful design. I could see that the owners thought through all kinds of details to make their guests feel comfortable. The staff was very kind and supportive, great communication. The location is good as well, close to the city center, nice restaurants, and approx. 15 min walk to the beach. Thank you very much!

Nice stay in a nice city

Everything agreed with the announcement. Nice owner, good contact. A room with a kitchenette, but there is everything you need. Balcony with a small table. Great location close to the old town. We enjoyed our stay.

The apartment we stayed in was comfortable and in a good location. The host is nice and the place was really clean, the bead sheath where sparkling white and without any caresses. The whole room was spotles.

It was a very pleasant stay with very caring host.

Damir was a perfect host, very kind and helpful, ready to help with any question we had. The house is away from street noise but in fact very near to the center and beach is not very far away either. We had free WiFi in our room. Be sure to contact Damir before your arrival so he knows when to meet you.

Well, it was a high rise of the street but it is a fact you can't change and evidently if you stay for a longer period you get used to it. And, well it's a funny remark but our shower/toilet room was remarkably small so if you are well overweight you might have a problem!? But it's the same problem as in the ships.
