I enjoy the stayed and staff FO is helpful.

I did not consume breakfast as I am rushing travelling to Alor Setar

Clean, good location very near event that we were attending. Hotel has a beautiful view & ambience. Friendly staff “Khai” thank you for the smooth check in. Attending to all our queries for location for good food. Recommendation for delicious food to go for in Penang.Kudos!!

I enjoy the stay and will come again.

Staff are welcoming at the lobby and upon checking-In staff at the Front counter was pleasant and giving good information about the surroundings. Room Service staff was also good. The bed was so comfortable and feel so cozy. The Lobby ambient was good.

The car parking was a bit quiet and upon reaching the lobby (outside along the roadside) the directions is so poor and bit confusing. No security to guide or show the directions. There is no Concierge or security standby at car park area and it is actually dangerous if a single person at the carpark, there should be a security officer standby to assist or help the guests. This part the Management or Chief Security should Look Into seriously. In addition I ordered room service and the Food is a bit pricy and the taste is just so/so. Fish & Chips and Chicken soup. (you can get better F&C at normal café or even Better) Chef should have random taste and check on this, No Quality check. Not worth paying the price.

Up to expectation

New hotel , so everything still new. Near nasi kandar :-). Only spend 1 nite and it's for work . So did not manage to try out the facilities

Happy and will return again

Generally very pleased with the service we received. Front office staff were very friendly, especially Mr Sheik who chatted with us whenever he was on duty. Concierge staff were great too. Basil even helped purchase medication for me when I was taken ill one night. Many many thanks.

No Netflix or YouTube app installed on the Smart TV in the room.

Beautiful, clean hotel

The hotel is clean, with beautiful aesthetics and location easily accessible. Has a nice gym, pool and nice breakfast with beautiful dining area.The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Buffet Dinner can be improved. Most of the food served at breakfast is served for dinner also.

Immer wieder gerne!!! Es war perfekt und liess keine Wünsche offen.

Das Hotel ist einfach der Wahnsinn!!! Es ist alles blitzeblank sauber, es wird zweimal am Tag nach dem Zimmer geschaut und Handtücher/Wasser etc aufgefüllt. Das Personal ist sehr sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis unschlagbar! Die Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet sowie am Abend ist gigantisch. Jederzeit wieder, wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Dieses Haus ist seine 5* definitiv Wert!!!

Great 24hours, worth a stay!

-the ambiance was lovely. -breakfast was great. -we were upgraded, which is always nice. -check in was fine but check out was amazing! -nice shower. -view from the room was pleasant. -decent distance to Penang Bridge Marathon. -very close to airport. -gardens offered a nice little oasis for watching the world go by. -staff were nice. -gym and pool weren’t used but looked great.

-bed was a bit too soft.

Value for money

The location is just next door to Spice Arena where the Ella. concert was held. You only need to cross the rooftop gardem which is at level 4 I got a room at level 24 facing greenview which is absolutely perfect for me and my husband. The breakfast spread was tastefully cooked.

The front staff should explain more about the direction to go to the Spice arena.

It’s okay.

Close to the airport, far from the downtown, even worse with the traffic jam. It is convinient if you stayed because you need to attend an event at the conevntion center bacuse the hotel is connected to it.

Well maintained and clean room facilities

The window could not be totally closed, I could hear the sound from the road outside, affecting my sleep. The bell boy did not offer assistance to my luggage when I drop off at hotel entrance, and no greeting and no direction to me for check in counter, they were just chatting.
