Gather in the stunning kitchen around the large island with your morning coffee as you plan your day. Whether you are relaxing at home around the fireplace on the main level with snow falling-out the massive floor to ceiling windows in the winter or if you are soothing sore muscles in the hot tub, or out and about enjoying the whole area, this home is the place to be at the start and end of every day. Get out and practice your swing at the Lodestone Golf Course located just 5 minutes from the home. Enjoy a filtered view of Hole 5 from the sectional couch on the expansive back deck! Fantastic restaurants, fun-filled activities, the State Park and so much more await just a short drive down the mountain. When the day comes to a close, breathe in the fresh air as the breeze comes through the trees then head to the lower level for a game of pool for a movie night curled up on the sectional. Summer, Fall, Winter, Spring, no matter the season, The Perfect Place is the place to be!!

This fitness and wellness complex, located in the central Deep Creek Lake area, offers a modern gym and a full-size indoor pool. The free CARC membership is available to all guests in the home for the duration of your stay, up to the home’s full occupancy.

TOILETRIES & PAPER PRODUCTS: Bed linens and bath towels provided w/rental. No soaps, toiletries, paper products, trash bags, etc. will be provided with the exception of a welcome bag including a few starter items. Please pack accordingly.
NOTE: A copy of the contract holder's Photo ID, a signed contract, and a list of your full travel party (names/ages of all attending) will be required to complete your booking. If booking last minute, you may be required to stop by our main office to show your photo ID and the credit card used on the reservation. This policy is in place to help combat fraudulent activity that is more likely to occur in last-minute arrivals.
