De naam luxury villa klopt echt!

De witte strak ingerichte villa is van alle gemakken voorzien: wasmachine (je krijgt 3 wastabletten), vaatwasser (ook 3 tabletten), 2 verschillende koffiemachines (1 werkt met Nespresso cups, ook hier krijg je er een aantal van) en er staat bijvoorbeeld ook suiker, paar zakjes peper en zout en wat olijfolie. Er zijn 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 beneden, met allen een eigen badkamer. De bedden zijn heerlijk. Om de 3 dagen ongeveer komt mrs Elena schoonmaken. Dit wordt afgestemd met je of het uitkomt door de eigenaar Yanni via whatsapp. Het huis is echt heel schoon en netjes. De tuin met het zwembad is ruim en ook netjes onderhouden. Op ongeveer 5 minuten rijden zit de Lidl supermarkt en Lefkada is ongeveer 10 minuten rijden. Onder de villa’s zit een parkeergarage waar iedere villa zijn eigen plek heeft dus de auto staat koel. Al het contact met de eigenaar gaat via whatsapp maar hij reageert meteen en is erg behulpzaam.

Eigenlijk niets. De locatie is misschien niet de leukste plek, je zit vlakbij de doorgaande weg, maar dit hebben wij niet als nadeel gezien. Wij zaten in villa Q en hadden deels uitzicht op de tuin van lokale bewoners, er zijn ook villa’s die uitzicht op appartementen hebben. Maar goed nogmaals niet vervelend en de doorgaande weg heb je geen last van en je bent wel snel op pad als je dat wil.

Schöner erholsamer Kurzurlaub auf einer wahrscheinlich der schönsten griechischen Inseln

Sehr schöne, gepflegte und saubere Villa in guter Lage - sogar mit etwas Blick aufs Meer. Wir wurden hervorragend betreut von Yanni (der telefonisch alles regelte) und von Eleni (oder Heleni), die dann vor Ort war und uns bei allem sehr behilflich war. Trotz geringer Englischkenntnisse war die Kommunikation hervorragend - sie war sozusagen die gute Seele der Villas. Toll auch der Pool, der von uns regelmäßig genutzt hat.

Beautiful Villa in Lefkada

This property is absolutely beautiful!! A functional, clean, comfortable space. Yanni is very responsive and Mrs. Eleni did a fantastic job at keeping the space clean for us . My family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It really is exceptional.

Nothing really. You need a car however there is a very convenient parking garage available for use.

Wonderful host and a fantastic place to stay in Lefkada

The Quad luxury villas definitely exceeded our expectations! Our host, Yanni, was incredibly helpful and welcoming and made our stay absolutely fantastic. The villa was exceptionally clean and modern, equipped with all facilities and amenities we could ask for, and situated in a quiet neighbourhood. It's a short walk from a few restaurants and the seaside, with easy road access to most of Lefkada's top sights. The garden is fantastic and we had a wonderful day lounging by the pool. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Lefkada and we'd recommend the Quad to our friends!

Exceptional

We had a very pleasant time at the Quad Villas. Even before the arrival, Mr. Yanni contacted us in order to find out the time of our arrival. When we arrived we were welcomed with a bottle of wine and some Lefkada’s cookies and also a list of recommendations regarding the beaches, the restaurants and the places for visiting. The villa was awesome, very tastefully furnished. Very beautiful, comfortable and equipped with everything you might need (dishes, cutlery, dishwashing machine, washing machine, microwave oven, oven, electric stove and even detergent, coffee, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, air conditioning in every room and the living room). Mr. Yanni is a great person. Besides being a wonderful host, he was also like a personal guide. He helped us renting a boat, he was very supportive through all the time of our stay, helping us very promptly with all of our needs. The cleaning was made every 3 days, when the laundry and the towels were also replaced. The pool was cleaned out every couple of days. Everything was very well done and at highest standards, it is clear that Mr. Yanni is a true professional. I totally recommend the Quad Villas and when coming back to Lefkada, I will definitely come back here to stay.

It was a lovely space to spend a week.

The house is fantastic. Really thoughtfully put together. Very high quality finish and really lovely layout. Felt at home there very quickly. The house was close to Lefkada town and a very short walk to a few restaurants and beaches. Lots of Lefkada is accessible by car for which there is a underground parking lot. The service was fantastic and we were well looked after even though out point of contact didn't speak any English. The pool was lovely and very much appreciated by our 5 year old.

The house is a little close to a busy road which can be a bit noisy during rush hour times.

Exceptional

The arhitecture and design of villa which is brand new. Fully equiped kitchen. Host recomendations. We really enjoyed our stay here and hope to come back one day.

Coffee machine for capsules was a cheap brand and the extraction was very poor. Maybe not that important for some but for me I would appreciate more a Nespresso original machine.

Perfect house , beautiful island.

The house is great, very clean, equipped with everything you need, a great yard with a wonderful pool. In addition to all this, there is also an underground garage for cars. The location of the house is also very good, there is everything you need nearby, a supermarket, restaurants and bakeries. The host he is also a great guy, he gives you suggestions and ideas where to go on the island and what to do. I really have no comments.

Greece Family Vacation September 2022

The QUAD Luxury Villas felt like a second home. The security features with the garage and controlled entrance gave us a piece of mind. Having our own private pool was great just to lounge around and for the kids to play. Netflix, great Wi-Fi, amenities like a washing machine, iron, great new appliances and full kitchen. The place was newly built, very nicely decorated with great landscaping. Walking distance to stores, bakery, great restaurants, coffee shops and beautiful beaches. The host was very friendly and provided a welcome information package with great tourist recommendations and maps. The place was kept very clean. They had a wonderful cleaning lady, she was so sweet. Clean bed linens and towels whenever needed. It was nice to have A/C control in each room (not always possible in Europe). Also nice to receive a welcome wine, cookies and water bottles in the fridge since we arrived late at night. Very comfortable beds. Honesty it feels like the host thought of every possible detail to help guests enjoy and have a great vacation.

There truly weren't any negatives.

Exceptional

The villa is brand new, the architecture is verey well thought, all the facilities anybody would want are there. The people who designed this are clearly exceptional professionals. Everything was very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location does not have the famous beaches close by, but depends on what people prefer, traveling by car was convenient enough for us
