A full guest list is required at the time of booking and the primary renter must be present at check-in and during the remainder of the reservation - this will be checked upon arrival and throughout the stay.

This is the first time we have stayed in this particular home, but have vacation the last four summers prior at a different home in this neighborhood. We thought we would change it up and we are glad we did. Beautiful home great floor plan and incredible location directly across from the boardwalk to the beach. we enjoyed our stay and will more than likely book this property again next year.

This was the perfect home for our family. The set up was great for grandparents to stay on the main floor and our other families along with kids to take the other floors. Even better the location to the beach was a huge plus for us. In the photos it looks a little further away and when we arrived we were so excited to see how it was really just a few steps away to the private beach. I highly recommend this property!

This house was straight out of a fairytale! It had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the private pool, it was definitely the cherry on top. Access to the beach was directly across the street and they are absolutely stunning. By far the most beautiful beachs in Florida! The management team was super helpful and attentive, making sure our stay was nothing short of magical. We will definitely be returning here for another vacation.

This was our 2 stay at Villa St Marie in 3 year's. Cant say enough about the location! The addition of the pool was huge...!! The family really enjoys the layout and everything seems to be kept up pretty well for a nice beach rental.

This house and location was exceptional. My family and I love everything about it. Every room in the house was perfect, the pool and balconies were amazing and the view of the ocean and short walk to the private beach was incredible. I highly recommend this home and location for your next vacation. Absolutely loved every minute of our time.

This was our family vacation, so we needed a place large enough for all of us to be comfortable and offered flexible dates. Villa St Marie was perfect and by far exceeded all of our expectations. The condo is very spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. All of the extras that made it so nice with a large group like an ice maker, washer/dryer, private pool, grill (nice and clean) that we used a couple of nights, huge balcony on the kitchen floor where we had all of our family meals was awesome. The kitchen has everything you need for preparing and serving meals. Villa St Marie location was so convenient for beach access, literally step out of the pool gate and walk across the street. Also, you can see the beach from the balconies of the condo. We received text messages during our stay to check to see if we needed anything. First class place and service, no doubt that we will try to book again on our next trip to Destin.

We've stayed in several houses managed by different companies within Destiny by the Sea. We absolutely love the area and this year was our first to book with Diamond Gulf Rentals. I have to say I think this was probably the best house we've stayed in. No issues and everything was perfect for our extended family. Each adult family had their own king bed and bathroom. Perfect location without being ON the beach, just steps away and a great view. Communication with the company was easy via text and they checked in multiple times through the week. Look forward to more stays in the future!

Our family had plenty of room and the balcony views were sweet. No issues for the most part. Safe, clean and well kept community. Private beach area that is enforced. Nothing else compares to Destiny by the Sea! This was our 3rd stay..... We had a great time!

Loved the house and the security of the gated property. This was the perfect size for our 3 family group of 14 with plenty of room to spread out. This house is a perfect location if you can't be beach front. You can see and hear the beach from the front balcony where we spent a lot of our time and the boardwalk is straight across from the front door. I would love to vacation here again! I also felt like our kids were always in a safe place to go freely about the property!

Diamond Gulf Rentals is very friendly and easy to work with. I received several texts during our stay, just checking in to make sure everything was okay. Questions were answered very promptly. We were asked before they sent a handy man in to do a few repairs, so as not to disrupt our stay. This was greatly appreciated! I would book with them again in the future!

The staff at Diamond Gulf Rentals made the check in process extremely easy. The house was great, awesome location and very clean. The staff checked in while we were there to make sure we were doing alright. We were provided with a very detailed Welcome Booklet that has everything from nearby dining and shopping options to check out instructions. Will definitely rent through you all again!
