Hotel con mucha vibra en los alrededores y tranquilo para descansar

El café por la mañana y la relación calidad-precio, cumple con lo necesario: limpieza, buena atención de parte del personal, recepción 24h y buen internet. El hotel está tan bien ubicado que no necesita tener ni bar ni restaurante, hay muchísimas opciones a pocos pasos, siempre hay algo que hacer, por ejemplo, a unos metros hay un club llamado Las Palmas adonde dan clases de salsa gratis todos los días y al regresar al hotel el ambiente es calmado y propicio para descansar. Si buscas este equilibrio está muy bien, pero si buscas un party hotel este no es.

Que no había cupo para que el resto de nuestros amigos se quedaran con nosotros, en ocasiones los espacios se llenan muy rápido ya que atrae a grupos de viajeros.

Muy bueno para viajes en grupo

Pude reservar un dorm con baño privado para quedarme con mis amigas, la atención de todo el personal fue muy buena y nos dieron muchas opciones de transporte hacia el aeropuerto o para el tour de Acatenango. La terraza tiene una vista espectacular y la ubicación es perfecta 10/10

Bonito y limpio hotel/hostal en el centro de Antigua

Sirven café por la mañana y ofrecen variadas opciones de desayuno de buen tamaño por un costo adicional razonable. Tienen recepción 24 horas por lo que pudimos ingresar tarde con solo tocar el timbre, La habitación era un dorm con baño privado bastante limpia, con ventiladores y bien distribuida, perfecta para descansar. En general un lugar con espacios bien aprovechados, limpio y con bonito diseño.

Nada, sin duda volveré a alojarme allí en mi próximo viaje a Antigua.

Well managed, peaceful and nice roof terrace

Fantastic staff, excellent cleaners, new and quality management. They recently changed management an upgrade from previous management, and rest assured any previous concern have been ironed out. I also liked the ambition they have for the hostel improvements, including the construction of a kitchen. I extended many times here. Lovely area. Helpful staff. Thank you

No kitchen, but soon to be constructed. Only lockers with capability to attach a padlock on in some.rooms. think they have plans for this too

Buena atención, buen precio, pero falla un poco el agua caliente.

La atención de las recepcionistas es muy buena, todas son atentas. El precio es bueno, pues está en una zona turística.

Que no sirve el agua caliente en algunos baños y hay que compartir el baño, pero para el precio que dan está bien.

The location is perfect because it is close to the Central Park. The staff is really nice.

The common areas were nice.

My towel was lost, the shower of one of the bathrooms didn’t work.

Was cheap, central and comfortable.

Was spacious and clean. Had a whole dormitory to myself. Bathrooms were good. Staff were friendly. Overall a very good experience, but it was only for one night.

Non of these are deal breakers. Didn't get a tour of the facilities, but I checked in very late. The dorm doors have locks, but no key, and the windows were always open, and the lockers were the same, locks but no keys, so not great in terms of security for your belongs. The dorm windows looked into the courtyard so could hear everyone stalking and talking.

Location was great 😁

There was no air conditioning nor fan. So if you are too sensitive to warm conditions you must avoid picking rooms with volcano or mountain views, instead pick a room in the first floor. WiFi was not good, the signal is too weak often.

The window and fact that isrealy guys stayed drinking till 3am inside next to my window even though my airport shuttle was coming at 4am . It was terrible they kept me up and no one control this .

The location is great, nice roof top area.

The room was unbearably hot, we slept with door open which leaves the room and stuff vulnerable. Roof top has no shade.

The Why Not is not what it’s cracked up to be.

The location was good and enjoyed the terrace.

There was no air flow. The windows didn’t open and there was no fan.

I slept like a baby in the bed I was given, a much needed rest. The staff also came to let me know when my shuttle had arrived as I almost missed it.

Small rooms, so it was a bit tricky to store bags, not very social (pro and a con).

Great location, good for backpackers

Hotel has the perfect location

They charged 5% due to card payment but dis not wait till my arrival to ask me how I wanted to pay. unfortunately there was no hot water and it took a day to fix.

Only the location

Extremely rude staff, horrible beds which are too tiny for 2 people. Extremely hot in the rooms and super noisy. The reception staff starts making loud noise at 6am and don’t care if you ask them to be silent as the litteraly wake you up. Would never dtay again.

Why Not? Plenty of reasons. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

Excellent location and they have made the decor cute with nice design elements. Lovely rooftop terrace.

Room was basic in the extreme, with awful lighting (only overhead, no side table lamps). But BY FAR the worst aspect was the access "system" of having a doorbell ring all night for guests who are out late. Our room was right behind the reception and not only did the doorbell LOUDLY ring repeatedly all night, waking us up every half hour, but also at one point there was no one available to answer so we were subjected to 20-plus minutes of ringing, banging, and shouting as we tried to sleep. When I went out to try to protest, the guy at reception said "no puede hacer nada" (there's nothing I can do). Bad service, bad system, bad value.

Worst thing- the staff. They were very unhelpful. I forgot my charger at the room, came back the day after to ask if the cleaning team found it. The same receptionist that told me they found nothing, was literally using it in the reception. No luggage storage AT ALL for the first two days. Came back from Acatanengo and had to beg to leave my luggage so I don’t have to carry it around town for 3 hours!?!?. Squeaky beds, can’t sleep because people keep ringing the doorbell at all hours of the night. Location is why I gave them 2 stars and not one.

The location is good and it was really clean.

The stuff seemed kind of annoyed that I wanted to check in, even more when I asked to store my luggage. I felt no vibe for socializing.

Basically kitchen doesn’t exist, there’s a place you can hang out and warm your food but that’s it. The beds didn’t have curtains so no privacy at all and I was in a mixed room, where is even more important The locker wasn’t available for me bc someone else’s stuff was there

Antigua and this hotel was great!

the building was really nice and actually more than I was expecting. We paid for the two twin rooms in the third floor each one with a private bathroom and it was excellent

the only thing is a little bit troublesome is the parking, they don’t have one and we ended leaving our car really far from the hotel. Because it is a really small hotel they don’t have breakfast included, but you can find really good options very close.

Super friendly staff, especially the lady working on the desk during the day. Rooms and communal spaces kept very clean, wifi is good, showers have warm water, nice rooftop terrace. Great decor throughout. Really good value for money!

Would prefer (lockable) lockers in the dorm rooms rather than the cabinet provided

the door didn’t even locked. the man helping was unhelpful. as a woman traveling solo, I would not recomend this hotel for safety reasons
