This luxurious oceanfront home in Southern Shores is packed with amenities that will keep everyone entertained throughout your stay, including a heated pool, hot tub, tiki bar, and game room. For non-stop fun in the sun, guests can easily transition from the pool to the beach using the private dune walk-over. Neptune Dunes provides over 3,800 square feet of well-appointed living space, ideal for extended families or multiple groups vacationing together. All six of the bedrooms include an ensuite bath, so everyone can have their own retreat with plenty of space and privacy.

When you arrive, getting settled will be a breeze using the ground floor dry entry with elevator to send luggage and groceries to the upper levels. A reverse floor plan with vaulted ceilings and oversized windows in the open-concept great room take full advantage of the panoramic ocean views. Entertain family and friends in the living area, which features a gas fireplace, surround sound speaker system, and a generously sized wet bar with wine cooler. An expansive oceanfront deck serves as an extenion of the great room for effortless indoor/outdoor living. It's the perfect spot to watch the sunrise with your morning coffee, or simply take in the salt air and ocean breezes. The chef in your group will appreciate the fully stocked kitchen that boasts granite countertops, custom cabinetry and stainless steel appliances including a sub-zero refrigerator and double oven. It overlooks the great room, so guests can still socialize and enjoy the ocean view while preparing meals. Luxurious yet practical hardwood flooring flows throughout the top level, including the two bedrooms. The primary suite features a spa-like private bath with marble countertops, custom tiled shower and large jetted tub.

The mid-level includes four additional ensuite bedrooms and a spacious game room, which can serve as a second living room or kid's hang-out area. This bonus space offers plenty of comfortable seating and a kitchenette with additional dining table. Play a round or two of foosball or watch movies on the large TV with home theater system. Equipped with a full-size refrigerator, icemaker, dishwasher and bar seating, the kitchenette is perfect for serving drinks or grabbing a snack without having to go upstairs. The game room provides direct access to the covered deck, which overlooks the pool area below and features a sunken hot tub where you can soak away the day while still enjoying an ocean view.

Downstairs by the pool will be the hub of your family vacation, providing everything you need for outdoor fun and relaxation. The tiki bar is equipped with an icemaker for cold drinks and a grill for cooking the catch of the day. The saltwater pool can be heated certain times of the year, ideal for Spring and Fall getaways. An outdoor half bath on the ground level provides convenient access from the pool or beach.

Neptune Dunes is part of Village Realty's Signature Home Program. These hand-selected properties are meticulously maintained at the highest standards and provide guests with a luxury vacation experience. Complimentary cabana service is provided for all in-season reservations. Every day between Memorial Day and Labor Day (weather permitting), a crew will set up and break down six beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach in front of Neptune Dunes. All you have to do is show up with snacks and beach toys!

This is the ultimate family reunion house. It’s beautifully appointed and maintained. The younger folks on the middle level with their own den, foosball, bar, and hot tub was great. Having the outdoor kitchen made grilling fantastically social. We floated around in the pool and visited without leaving the chef out of the conversation! Cabana service was super helpful and the tent was incredibly sturdy. The two king master bedrooms on the top floor were very comfortable. One of the queen beds on the middle floor needs to be flipped or replaced - dip in the middle makes two occupants roll together. That’s the only slightly negative thing I could say. We would LOVE to come back!
