Highly recommended for excellent value/price ratio.

The host was very accommodating and responsive. Any requests for information or otherwise were responded to quickly. Outside of work, the location is within walking distance of many restaurants and the beach.

Everything met my expectations.

best vacation stay ever.

from I arrived on the property I was able to be in contact with the owner for information and things I needed. he was very hospitable and genuinely willing to accommodate every question and need. this will definitely be my place to return in Nassau once I am there. was so happy I chose this could not have picked a better place. thanks once again. my husband said he loved the bed and the comfy of the room and property more than our home. he absolutely loved it. thay was a bonus for me.

everything was great nothing to dislike at all.

Ottima esperienza

Appartamento nuovo molto carino in un'ottima posizione in quanto a 5 minuti a piedi da una bellissima spiaggia e a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro della città. Gillz molto gentile e disponibile. Una sera ci ha persino accompagnati in macchina al ristorante.

Nulla. Sarebbe carino avere un paio di sedie da posizionare sotto al portico per poter godere del giardinetto esterno

La vicinanza al mare

Essere di fronte ad un cimitero, non avere nulla intorno, in casa non c’era sapone per lavarsi e non c’erano cose basiche per cucinare ( olio sale zucchero)

The location was great ! It was walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. I felt pretty safe as the property

The apartment was a loft . It was clean and kitchen had a stove top. I was not into cooking so it didn’t matter. The air conditioning worked pretty well. The bathroom had really nice towels and the bedroom was cozy. The owner was very responsive .

Just the low water pressure in the shower.

Great quick getaway. We will be back. and will stay here again.

The location was within walking distance of the beach and restaurants and shopping. The area has a lot of places to stop for a quick bite or a full meal. The host was very friendly and the keys were available when we arrived.

My stay at Villa By The Bay was a very enjoyable one.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa By The Bay. It was well worth the money we spent. We booked our stay last minute after staying at two accommodations previously that had turned out to be nightmares. The host, Gillz, was very professional, helpful and courteous. He assisted us by transporting us to a local convenience store for groceries upon our arrival and advised us promptly whenever we had any questions. The unit was similar to a loft but it was not cramped at all. It was very clean and the window above the bed was a nice touch. There was a barber and beauty salon on property which was convenient. There was no noise disturbance on the property itself, however, there was some noise from the nearby street which was expected as its very close to the downtown area. We rarely heard anything, though, as we usually had the a/c and television on and we spent most of the day out and about. I would recommend Villa By The Bay to anyone looking to stay in a nice place close to the downtown area without having to spend a fortune.
