The East Lancashire Railway line, famous for its historic steam trains, runs through Rawtenstall, which is only 4 miles from Middle Bank Top Farm.
Entering the property from the allocated parking area you will find a cosy living room with benefits from sumptuous sofas and a wood burner. A large dining area provides the perfect place for any occasion to enjoy a sit-down meal with family or friends. If you don’t fancy cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, just grab yourself a local takeaway! Under the stairs is an allocated space for boots, coats and personal outdoor belongings. Upstairs are a bunk bedroom and five further bedrooms, accommodating up to twelve guests, offering plenty of space. Furthermore, the property benefits from a bathroom and a shower room. Outside to the rear of the property is a large enclosed garden with outdoor furniture, perfect for a bistro-style breakfast.There plenty of space for fun and games in the sun.
