Very close to beach, boardwalk and Pierside Amusement Center & Water Park. This unit (unit #2) is beautifully renovated and is now available.

*** Outdoor Space

A private deck space is available for your enjoyment. In addition, there is a shared outdoor deck space located at the rear of the building on the 2nd floor with dining tables and grills so your friends or family can enjoy a wonderful time here. Please clean up after using the outdoor space and grill.

Newly installed Mini Split air conditioning and heating system.

*** Build with Security and convenience in mind

Outdoor security camera with electronic key-less smart lock for easy access.

** Guest access:

You will have full access to the entire apartment with two parking hang tags good for street parking near the property. Please do not park at Ocean Terrace, on the beach block or city parking lot with the Tag, it's not covered and will be ticketed. Paid parking lot are also available nearby.

The unit has keypad access for easy entry after the initial greeting.

Rear 2nd fl deck is a shared space to enjoy with your friends and family.

Other things to note:

If you are traveling with big group of friends or family members, there are other units on this property that will accommodate more people. Please contact us for more info.

All guests must be at least 25 years old unless the unit is being rented by a family. Photo identification may be required for age verification purposes.

Please note that if any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to leave without refund.

We provide essentials such as bed linen, bath towels and hand towels. Please bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella and other beach essential for beach use.

Loved having the two bathrooms having two teens with us. Outdoor shower wasn’t enclosed so really just good to rinse off your feet after a day at the beach. The kitchen/living room is one room and the seating could have been better to unwind after a day on the beach. Kitchen was well stocked with the exception of there being no cookie sheet or baking pan to reheat/cook things in the oven.

Loved this spot and this unit! Great indoor space, and big, private outdoor space! Coffee, bedding & toiletries supplied. One of the propane tanks on the grill was empty and they came and replaced it instantly. Excellent experience all the way around !!! Thank you to the owners!

Our family stayed here for three nights and nobody wanted to leave. It's a very nice and modern property and the location is awesome. Just a very short walk to the beach. The host was very helpful and really nice to communicate with. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Seaside Heights.

The property was clean and neat. It was supplied with all of our needs. Our stay was uninterrupted til the last night. The renters above us must have been wearing boots all night (from midnight til 6am) because it sounded like an army up there. Sounded like they were moving furniture all night. It was tough! Neither my husband or myself slept. Until that point, our rooms were very quiet. We will be going back. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful.

We loved this place! It was tastefully updated, clean and well equipped. The location is perfect! The deck is a really great place to hang out and eat breakfast or read a book. We had no issues at all but the hosts made sure of that and we felt very welcomed. Would definitely recommend this adorable apartment.

We stayed for 2 nights. Loved the location, and amenities. The deck is awesome for morning coffee, grilling, and evening cocktails. Owners were very helpful and informative. Would recommend this property for short or long term stays! Will be booking again in the future! George and Leslie M

It was a nice apartment with most of the things you look for in a place at the beach. It was a little misleading in the advertisement as it made it appear to have a bit of a "yard" and nearer to the ocean. It was very clean with a great kitchen area. It could have used dish towels, but otherwise reasonably equipped. Not sure where the outdoor shower was as we never found it. Having two bathrooms was great. All in all it was a very nice place to be with my daughters and granddaughter.

Very clean, cute, convenient location for the boardwalk and beach! Our "kids" (18 and over) were able to come and go at will. No car needed. We experienced a couple of minor inconveniences relating to recent renovations that had been done (e.g., bathroom chain-lock improperly installed), but our hosts were very responsive whenever we emailed with a question or concern. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean apartment with everything you need, 2 full bathrooms. Pictures are exact. 1/2 block to the beach. Parking passes and beach passes included. Host is very nice, def recommend this beach apartment!

We loved this location and will definitely be back! Beautiful space, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. It’s a very short walk to the boardwalk rides and beach. We didn’t need to use our car once. This place is perfect for a family!
