About this cottage rental

The cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. There is a dining area that accommodates 6. There are two full baths, newly renovated with walk in shower and the other with bathtub/shower combo. There are three bedrooms, each with a queen size bed and a closet. The Primary is en-suite. The living area seats approximately 7/8 with a leather sofa, leather loveseat, ottoman, 3 occasional chairs, 1 recliner. We have several games (chess, monopoly, cards)and books! Guests have access to the expansive wooded property filled with trees and perennial plant filled garden. There is a huge deck off the back of the cottage with dining table, dining chairs, umbrella and casual seating for 8 total. Play one of our games for outdoor fun-Corn Hole, Bocce Ball, Croquet or Yard Dice. Fire up the propane gas grill for some yummy BBQ. The main shaded garden has a natural fire pit with additional comfortable seating for 8. Full driveway accommodates approximately 4-6 cars. There is fishing allowed at Beach #2. The Main Beach is a half block away from the cottage and has a sandy area, a pier, swim platforms, picnic tables and a pavilion. This is private to the subdivision. There are two kayaks at the main beach for our guests to enjoy!

This 3 bedroom home is absolutely beautiful. We really just needed a place to stay, we didn’t need lake front property. Our host was readily available by text and responded quickly. You can’t go wrong staying here. .

Great place and clean but this is a block away from the beach, stating steps away from the beach is a bit of a stretch. Other than that nice pace to stay.

We stayed at Dawn's rental in late June for our son's wedding in Dowagiac and had a wonderful time! Her home is beautifully done and very comfortable and cozy. It is a very short walk to the lake and our kids took out the Kayaks and had a fun time. Dawn was excellent at communicating and it was so nice to come home to such a warm and welcoming place. We would all highly reccomend staying in this sweet home!

This cottage is absolutely beautiful! We had a girls family weekend and had the best time!!! Our host, Dawn, was sweet and made sure our stay was amazing.

The house was updated and very clean. The house was quite roomy. The beach and fishing pier is a block away. The kitchen had everything for cooking. Having coffee available was nice.
