Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious retreat is perfect for family fun or group getaways. With 7 cozy beds, 2.5 baths, a fully equipped kitchen, and dining for 8, there's room for everyone. Relax in the comfy living room and create lasting memories together. The 1st floor has the dining room, living room, kitchen, breakfast nook and half bath.

The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a full bath
Bedroom 1 - King. Bedroom 2 - Full. Bedroom 3 - 2 twins. Bedroom 4 - This bedroom is split into 2 rooms but you must walk through one to get to the other. The first room has a queen and the second room has a king.

The third floor has one king bed, a full bath, and a hang-out area.

The backyard is private but not fully fenced in.

You'll be renting the home to yourselves

The neighborhood is right in the heart of Kansas City. It is a very convenient location with easy access to any stores, restaurants and local attractions that you can think of.
Less than 5 minutes to the Westport, Plaza, Nelson Atkins Museum, Kansas City Art Institute, UMKC and Kemper Museum.
10 minutes to downtown KC, Crown Center, Lego Land and Sea Life Aquarium
10 minutes to Hy-Vee arena
20 minutes to Worlds of Fun, Arrowhead and Royals stadiums
We are only minutes from Sun Fresh and Midtown Market grocery store. 2-3 minute drive to CVS, Walgreens, and Starbucks.

Midtown-Westport is an eclectic area, known for the Westport entertainment area, with festive brewpubs, DJ bars and retro-chic diners serving American comfort food. During the day, the scene centers on trendy fashion boutiques. Neighboring Midtown has historic buildings like the Thomas Hart Benton Home, with tours of the painter’s studio and gardens. Trails wind through nearby Roanoke Park, encircled by bluffs.

House is beautiful. Had to call electrical company upon arrival due to gas leak. Couldn’t immediately reach the owner. Hot water heater had a leak so had to continuously turn hot water off and on as it was needed. Encourage the owners to finish the backyard and provide seating.

The property was very clean. The design style was super cute and charming. Plenty of seating throughout the house. Great location- less than 10 min drive to the power and light district. The only thing that wasn’t great was we could not use the outdoor seating in the backyard as there were lots of oak mites present. Thankfully the front porch had plenty of chairs so we spent most of our time there. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this cute house in downtown KC.

We had a great stay at this VRBO! The host was very responsive and helpful and the place was very clean and had everything we needed. We were walking distance to a lot of restaurants and bars and just a short Uber ride to the power and light district. Would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time in our friends weekend. This property allowed us to have plenty of room to hang out and just be. The property was very clean and well decorated! We were so close to great restaurants and bars. Just a perfect spot!

We loved that the house had plenty of space for everyone! Lots of bedrooms, lots of beds, plenty of seats at the dining table! We enjoyed the backyard. The location was also perfect, close to everything you may need!

Had a great stay in KC! Property had a bunch of awesome features and was clear a lot of work went into this place. Outdoor backyard space was a nice bonus. The bedrooms were all comfortable and nicely decorated. Lots of space to spread out. Would stay here again!

For our annual girls’ trip we decided to attend a concert at Arrowhead Stadium. There were five adults staying in the house and it perfect for us! There were plenty of bedrooms, plenty of space to have great conversation and enjoy the house. The kitchen we well stocked with supplies. There were plenty of towels and shower supplies. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and checked in with us frequently to make sure everything was okay. This house is so close to everything! Arrowhead was 15 minutes away, the Plaza is 10 minutes away, TMobile center is only 15 min away. I would definitely rent this house again!!

Stayed here with my college best friends and our families, kids and dog included. We felt was had enough space and were very comfortable. Lance was super helpful and checked in via message from time-to-time. It is an older house so a little noisy but there are earplugs provided and we also noticed some rooms had a white noise machine. The upstairs level was perfect for the couple with the 2-year-old who needed naps away from the group. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice house we all loved it. Very spacious and I love that it had a security system. But we all kept finding bugs in our rooms; firebrats, lots of ants and we also found a couple cockroaches. The bed sheets had stains and didn't seem like they were washed. But other than that we enjoyed the house. It was perfect for our family. The owner was very nice and understanding when we told her our concerns about the bugs. She even got us a grill for we could grill with my family. We had a good communication.

The property is perfect for a fun KC Trip! Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms were just right for this group! We enjoyed the front porch and private backyard as much as the first floor living area. Lance did a great job of communicating to us! It made for a 5 star weekend!

The house itself is awesome (clean, spacious, modern)! The neighborhood is a bit on the lively side, so there is some noise, especially late at night. Would definitely stay again though!

The house was great. No kitchen towels and night club nearby had music so loud the base made sleep inpossible. Not good for family with children or those who want to sleep at night.

I’d stay here again except I don’t like my family that much. Excellent for large groups and pet friendly is a plus! Lance is kind and communicative. A good time was had by all.

The house is just as described and was a perfect fit for our group of four. The location was super convenient; it was just a short drive to all of our planned destinations. Communication was very good regarding access and we did experience any problems with our stay. I would happily book this house again.

We had a group of eight in KC for the KU/TCU game and the Chiefs/Raiders game. This one hit the spot! Great location close to everything. Plenty of king size beds, a sweet backyard, large kitchen, front porch, and quiet street. The process was easy and the experience was 5-star.
