I booked the stay with my dog under special requests. when I arrived at the facility they said they said they did not reserve my room under a pet room, and that they were all sold out. they then proceeded to tell me that I would have to pay an extra 130 dollars for my small dog to stay. all the other hotels in the area were sold out, so at 1am I had no other options. they then accidentally charged my card the full 176 again, even though I had already paid this, and then in the morning charged another 144 dollars because the night person had not done the computer right even though the night manager had told me this would only be 130 dollars. They then had to call their computer system to track all the charges and make sure I was not getting double charged. overall this whole stay was a complete mess and very disorganized and unprofessional.

The breakfast

The footsteps and movement from the floor above us kept us up so much, we barely slept. There was no duvet on the bed.

The whole staff was friendly and always asking if I needed anything. I had no problems with my stay at the hotel

Only thing would be getting in and out of parking lot with the busy street-they are located across from Green Lake-which is always busy

The locations excellent! Wish the pool was open and an outdoor space to look at lake.
