Great location right next to, and connected via sky bridge to, the Merchandise Mart. We were headed there for an event, nice to be able to leave our coats in our room. The 15th floor bar and convenience shop were nice but a bit silly priced. Room was excellent and the self-serve filtered still and sparkling water on each floor was excellent and a genuine nice touch.

I’ve stayed here several times in the past and never had a problem. This time around the Wifi was terrible. Couldn’t even use Zoom properly. Couldn’t even load UPS to make labels. The computer in the lobby was outdated and not working. The restaurant was not serving rhe regular menu. Salad came in a plastic take-out container and a flimsy plastic fork. Not ideal for business travel.

Had to change rooms because original room could not get above 59f. Upgraded room was spacious but very loud fan. Lobby restaurant apparently shut down a month ago. No one removed signage.

This hotel was wonderful. The staff were so friendly. We were able to store our bags early (at no cost) while we explored the city until our reservation was available. The lobby upstairs was delightfully decorated, and had a staffed bar open. Centrally located, and very lux appearance. The manager Putri Hutami even let us check in early as the "Guests of the Day"!

The parking was extremely uncomfortable and expensive, the swimming pool terribly cold. Overall was not a good experience I wouldn’t recommend or go back to this hotel.

Very nice clean hotel. Every employee that I came in contact with was pleasant. My most favorite person was Madeline at the cafe shop. She was super nice and helpful and made my coffee and husbands tea to perfection.

My stay wasn’t that great, customer service was a joke, parking was a joke definitely not truck friendly also was unaware of the 59$ parking fee, there was no food on site the restaurant they had the food was unavailable, surprise charges to my bill. The only that was good about it was the view but overall bad experience.

Hotel was nice . The atmosphere was great. Biggeat let down was the restaurant being closed. It was a large factor in choosing this hotel. Overall ot was a great stay . I would book it again for sure.

A very cool old hotel which was well renovated. Room was great, gorgeous views. The 15th floor lobby is ENORMOUS and offers lots of meeting space and places to hang out. Lots of families and children, if you’re looking for something a bit quieter.

The A/C didn’t work and they found out the machine needed to be replaced. They changed it around 11pm which we had a busy day and felt very tired when the maintenance came over. And also the shower needed to wait for a long time for hot water.

This hotel is amazing! Comfortable bed, clean room, great service, and a beautiful view! I get it about the 2 elevators but it’s really not that bad- plus you are at least on the 15th floor which is nice! Highly recommend- you won’t find a better hotel or location!

The room and staff were fine, even nice. The Fitness Center, however, was a sauna and barely usable! The AC was off and it is adjacent to the pool, so it was 78 degrees and humid. This situation didn't change even 36 hours after I notified the front desk, a manager and maintenance staff.

Overall, it was a good stay. Was very disappointed that the restaurant in the hotel was closed and they did not mention that to us. I feel like that is very important information to disclose. One of the main reasons why we chose that hotel was because of the restaurant, and not having to leave for food and drinks.

Overall the stay was good. My issue is the room was advertised here as two queen beds & they are most definitely full beds. I asked the receptionist & she said they were queens. I told her we measured the beds & they are not. She then said that hotels.com must’ve advertised them incorrectly. I reached out to hotels.com & received no response.

The location was great and the room was clean. Really the only downside was just how long it could take to get up and down from our room. You have to take two different elevators and there was always a wait for the second set. This will likely be less of a problem on a less busy weekend.

Great hotel and location, just a couple of weird hiccups kept me from giving it 5 stars across the board. The guest services app through the TV didn't work and our Kurig blew up spilling water everywhere and when we asked for a replacement they brought a Nespresso. We asked them to either bring us pods for it or another Kurig and they did neither. Also the buffet cook staff seemed overwhelmed by the crowds despite the hotel hosting a conference. Like i said just weird issues. Otherwise the front desk was amazing and the view from our room was breathtaking. Wolf Point is great for its access to everything, but not being right on top of downtown. Just be warned that if you are a light sleeper, do not get a room facing the railroad tracks.

This hotel is very mediocre. The towel bar in the bathroom was not properly installed so it doesn’t stay on the wall, the bathtub and fixtures are not caulked properly, and there were no hand towels in our room.

The location of this hotel is brilliant for being very central in Chicago and therefore very easy to get out and about. The room was very spacious, in great condition and very stylish. Very comfortable bed and pillows also. We opted to have breakfast in the hotel and it provided a wide range of breakfast items both hot and cold. We also had dinner 1 evening and the food quality was really good plus it had a good range of wines and drinks on offer.

The room was nice, staff friendly, room was large, skyline view was great, pool was warm... 15th gloor lobby was stylish. but taking two elevators to/from your room all the time was a bit of a hassle. This was exacerbated my the fact it was Chicago Marathon so it was busy all the time. But despite it being the Marathon this hotel was the most reasonablely priced for being downtown so we dealt with the elevators... If you want a lower price for good locationvand nice experience the tradeoff is a slower journey to/from your room.

Never heard of Voco before, but tried it out anyway due to location and price. Very nice accommodations for a weekend in the city. Great location and views on Wolf Point.

Everything was an extra charge. The front desk staff was not too friendly. Overpriced. They said they could accommodate different requests like early checking or validating parking but all of these came at premium additional fees. Desk staff was insulting and kept pointing out that I booked on Expedia which should not have made a difference to them, but they mentioned it multiple times when I asked questions or for help.
