Inside the home, you'll find 4 King bedrooms, each with its own TV, and a large bunk room with a queen bed and a set of full-size bunks. Three of the King bedrooms have their own bathrooms, while the fourth King and the bunk room share a spacious bathroom and a convenient kitchenette.
The top floor features the main suite, complete with a tub, separate walk-in shower, kitchenette, gas fireplace, and a private deck with a fire pit table, perfect for cozy evenings. The main floor offers two King bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living and dining rooms, and a laundry room. Both bedrooms have private baths, and one of them even has an additional pull-out LazyBoy sofabed for added convenience.
The bottom floor boasts a second kitchen and a large game room, along with the 4th King bedroom, the bunk room, and a shared bathroom. Additional sleeping arrangements include a second LazyBoy sofa in the living room area with a pull-out queen-size mattress, ensuring ample space for everyone in your group.
With Wi-Fi, satellite TV, hot tub, free firewood, and spacious common rooms and yard for gathering, you'll have everything you need for a memorable stay. All quilts, blankets, and linens are laundered after each guest's use, ensuring a clean and comfortable experience.
If you're traveling with a larger group, we have 3 other rentals close by, making it an ideal location for reunions and get-togethers. Please note that we do not allow parties or events of any kind with people coming off the property, as we strive to be good neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment.
Rest assured that our properties are cleaned by JCV Cleaning Services, following CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting for COVID-19, so you can have peace of mind during your stay.
*Please note that this home is located in a cove where noise travels, and to be considerate of our neighbors, loud music or excessive noise is not allowed. Parking is available for 7-8 cars in the driveway, as parking in the grass is not allowed due to utilities buried under the lawn. Our property supervisor lives next door and is available to ensure guests adhere to policies and address any issues that may arise during your stay.
***A quick note about our pet policy; The pet fee is $50. We accept up to two dogs under 50lbs each. The dogs must be at least one year of age and cannot be left unattended at the property unless crated. For our full pet policy, please message us. This is a very roomy and well stocked house for a large group. Check in and out was very easy. House had multiple refrigerators and all kitchen equipment we needed for cooking meals for a large group.
Large private yard was fun for playing games with family.

I came with 10 adults and 7 kiddos. There was plenty of room - both indoors and out - for everyone. The property was beautiful! We enjoyed the grill and hot tub a lot. Also loved how convenient the house was to downtown - maybe 15-18 mins.
Don’t miss the Filo bakery, coffee and cocktail place right outside the neighborhood. :-)

Great property for large family 10+ with nice open space in kitchen and family room plus downstairs rec room. Outdoor patio and fire pit also nice gathering area. Good location only 15 minutes from downtown Asheville, and the Arboretum. Only suggestion for upgrade would be more lighting in a few of the bathrooms. We really enjoyed it!

We were very impressed with this house. It had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. With the two kitchens we were able to make a huge Thanksgiving feast.
Plenty of room for a large family and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a very nice feature.
We really enjoyed the peace and quiet. Situated the perfect distance from downtown but far enough away from the crowds.

We just finished a week at Hillside Villa and it was fantastic. There were 5 couples and the home had plenty of room for all of us. The home is just as listed and pictured and is only 20 minutes from downtown Asheville and 20 minutes from Black Mountain. The furnishings are really nice and it it well equipped with everything you need - although there were not many hangers in the closets. We highly recommend staying at Hillside Villa!!

This house was way better suited for us then we even imagined. Plenty of room for our in home massages that we ordered. Board games in the closet for us to enjoy for our night in. The hot tub & fire pit were definitely a nice bonus for our night of relaxation. And with 13 girls total we had plenty of room to get ready and lots of mirrors. Everyone loved this house!

This roomy, comfortable house was the perfect base for a stay in Asheville with extended family. Our mixed group of grandparents, parents, teens, and preteens were able to spread out and get comfortable, with the multiple levels and indoor and outdoors spaces allowing both room for gathering and plenty of privacy when desired. Plenty of fridge space, multiple kitchens and a well-stocked main kitchen make this a great house for groups that like to cook. The great location allowed for quiet and privacy while maintaining easy access to Asheville stores, restaurants, and activities. Highly recommend.

As we crossed the little bridge over the babbling creek to get to this house, we thought we were in for a treat. We were right! What a peaceful setting! A yard for the kids to play and lots of outdoor sitting space to relax and breathe. Ample space for our family inside with several areas to gather. The kitchen was beautiful and we loved the oversized refrigerator and freezer, as well as the double ovens. So glad there were 4 king sized beds, it's hard to find that. Hiking trails close by. The hot tub was a big hit. Very clean. The owners were great. The house was perfect for us! Would certainly stay again!

Perfect house for five couples or a few families - bedrooms are spread out with four full baths. Outdoor area with hot tub, fire pit and eating area conveniently located right outside kitchen door. Kitchen is awesome - large island, well-stocked, large fridge/freezer, two full ovens. Sun room was a perfect spot for morning coffee. We were concerned location would be a bit far from downtown but at 18-20 minutes in an Uber it was no problem at all. Enjoyed multiple breweries (Burial was a favorite), River Arts District and dinner at Curate.

The place was great for a long weekend. Perfect size for a large group for everyone to have their own space. The house had a ton of amenities and was great to hang out at. It was also close enough to downtown where getting there was never a hassle, but far enough that it was quiet and tranquil. Would come again!

Amazing Property!!
We absolutely loved this property! The entire space was very clean, updated, and was exactly as advertised. And the yard space was even larger than we expected, which was a huge plus for our group. Our only complaint was that the pool table was missing one pool ball (orange 5). Otherwise, this home exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend staying here with a large group the next time you visit Asheville!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described. Upscale well equipped kitchen. Lots of room and very clean. The grounds were mowed and beautiful. Checkin was easy and the manager came right away to attend to a problem. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing time.

Great House But
Getting into the house was tricky since we were given the wrong code and the wrong internet password. Since we couldn’t get service to call anyone we had to drive back into town to get receptions. This could have been avoided by giving us the correct info. The actual house was nice and everyone was very comfortable. Only wish there had been more towels and more wine glasses.

Perfect home for extended family
This was the perfect home for our extended family - a group of 10 including grandparents down to grandkids. The kitchen was the best stocked of any VRBO I have rented, house and hot tub immaculately clean, and unlimited firewood included. We would definitely return for another visit!

Fantastic Property for large group
We loved the property, lots of space, clean and beautiful. It is a bit remote and about 20 minutes to get anywhere, but we were able to get Ubers so it worked out just fine.

Great house fully stocked!
This was our first VRBO booking and this property sets the bar! Property was as described and then some. The kitchen island is huge and was a great focal point for family reunion weekend. The spa went out on us the second day morning which was a huge bummer, but with one call to the emergency contact, Rob was able to pull some strings and get someone out there to get it fixed within hours saving the entire stay!
The house is fully stocked and then some. Pots, pans, spices, you name it, it’s there.
A great treat was the hiking trails on the property! Great place to burn off some caleries. I could go on and on, but if you need a big home to fit your whole family this is it!!
