Super Lage

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral in einer Fußgängerzone gelegen, mein Zimmer war nach innen und deshalb recht ruhig. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit, das Frühstück ist in Ordnung. Zum herrlichen Strand sind es etwa 20 Minuten, im Umfeld gibt es viele Geschäfte und Restaurants, die Lage ist sicher.

Es gab keinen Ventilator oder Klima Anlage..

Buena ubicación, algo ruidoso de noche.

Muy buena ubicación. Se encuentra en zona céntrica de la ciudad, a pocos pasos de todo el comercio.

En las noches se escucha ruido proveniente de la calle ya que pueden pasar camiones de limpieza y eso genera mucho ruido. Algunos enchufes no están es muy buen estado y lo que se conecta se puede soltar con cierta facilidad. La ubicación geográfica de booking no coincide con la real. La calle es la misma, pero el hotel se encuentra a una tres cuadras de lo señalado en Booking.

Sin tv, sin aire ventilador o aire acondicionado. , sin servicio a la habitación menos como llamarlo

Que pude llegar a un lugar donde refugiarme

La mala atención de recepción principalmente de la de turno de noche, yo primero tenia problema con la chapa no podía ni entrar demoro por que no sabia donde tenia las llaves, y mientras ocurre eso llega un señor pidiendo que necesita WiFi que si él tomo sus servicios principalmente era por lo mismo la mujer de muy mala manera le respondió que ese no era su problema que era de la compañía. Yo le dije pero. A mi si me llega por que no le da clave de otra red a lo que no quiso ceder y además le dijo llamare a carabineros. Yo le dije mira grave todo si quieres pasar vergüenza llama por que el caballero necesita trabajar y tu podrías ser un poco más eficiente y respondió me da lo mismo lo clientes.

No volvería, generalmente uno quiere descansar, dormir, pero no se logra con el ruido o la aislacion de las habitaciones

La Sra. recepcionista con la que me topé, rubia, cordial y atenta.

Mucho ruido de los mismos huéspedes y de las tuberías del agua cuando la abren las habitaciones de al lado suenan fuerte. La publicidad y el exterior no es Notable e incluso difícil de encontrar y sucio. Y el internet fatal.

Everything was fine

The breakfast was fine. An electrical kettle was always available.

The hotel is in the city center, facing the central pedestrian street. So there were a lot of noise and music. Probably, it could bother somebody. On the other hand, it was not a problem for me.

OK hotel for a quick stay

The hotel is in the middle of the city center so most things are very near which is nice. The beds are comfortable and the showers hot and stay hot. The staff is helpful. The breakfast doesnt offer much vegan options though.

The hotel is a bit hard to find. The directions the Booking app offers are wrong, it leads you to Manuel Antonio Matta but around 2850. It's not on Google Maps either: so don't (like me) think it's Hotel Astore Suites or Apart Hotel Astore, because those are different hotels. So manually type in Google Maps: Manuel Antonio Matta 2537. It's a small door next to a casino, across a big store with a red sign called Fashion Park.

The staff friendliness and service. Very helpful for any restaurant request and for the stay. Very good advice. And always trying to do their best as for the taxi.

More diverse food for the breakfast. Fresh fruits for example.

Reception staff were pleasant Breakfast was satisfactory, although fresh fruit/real juice would have been good. Location was central, on a pedestrian mall.

The management refused to recognise the Chilean govt. mandated exemption for foreign visitors from the 19% IVA (tax), & presumably pocketed it (?) (We did pay with a foreign credit card)

The hotel was located in the perfect area with lots of stores, markets, and musical performers.

Breakfast was very basic, but adequate. They needed plates for breakfast.

They needed more variety of food, not only cheese, sliced ham, and bread. They needed to serve eggs.
