About this house rental

We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Mougins, this beautiful air-conditioned villa with swimming pool and sauna, of a surface of 210 m ² and being able to accomodate until 10 travellers. It is composed of a nice living room of 40 m², an equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower and bathtub) and you can enjoy a garden of about 500 m². Wifi (fiber optic), sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you!

The villa is composed as follows:
On the first floor, an entrance hall serves:
- A kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, hotplates, coffee machine with integrated grinder...
- A living room of 40 m² with a sitting area, TV, a dining room, with a view overlooking the pool and the forest
- Bedroom 1: master suite with a king-size bed (180x200) and its adjoining bathroom
- Bedroom 2: a king-size bed (180x200)
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x190), a single bed and its shower room.

On the ground floor:
- A large living room of 50m ².
- A second equipped kitchen
- Room 4: a king-size bed (180x200)
- Room 5: a double bed (140x190), a single bed
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

In the basement:
- A sauna
- A shower room with WC
- A storage space for bicycles

Outside :
- A 15mx4m swimming pool (private, not heated) and equipped with an electric shutter.
- A beautiful garden of 500 m².
- 5 terraces with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days
- A ping-pong table

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Mougins, city of gastronomy and Arts de Vivre, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
- The Golf of Cannes-Mougins is at 500m
- Attend the concerts proposed by Le Festival D'Orgues
- International Gastronomy Festival, which takes place in June, and offers numerous culinary demonstrations by world-renowned chefs
- Visit the Chapelle-Notre-Dame-De-Vie, a classified historical monument
- 30 minutes from the apartment, discover the Nice Carnival
- Cannes Festival

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the house which can accommodate up to 3 cars.

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Buses nearby
- Cannes train station 25 minutes away by car
- Nice Côte d'Azur airport 20 minutes away by car

Other remarks :
- Noise nuisance due to construction on neighbouring land is expected until April 2025 minimum
- In order to provide you with the most pleasant surroundings, we regularly require the services of a swimming pool attendant, mosquito killer and gardener. If necessary, please allow them access to the property.
- Sheets and towels included
- Free Wifi available (fiber optic)
- Animals are not allowed in the house
- The house being built on a slope, the access is possible by two gates, one up and one down.
- The cleaning at the end of the stay includes the preparation of the house for future visitors. Please leave the house in a clean and tidy condition and clean the appliances after use.
- Swimming pool: All children's swimming is under the responsibility of a parent. Opening dates are not contractual.

Les Oliviers de Mougins This house is fantastic. The pool is amazing and the rooms are great size. Lovely balconies for an evening glass of wine in a quiet and safe location. If you are visiting here it is important to note that it is in a gated community and you cannot access the house without a key code. Something we were not told before arrival and took a lot of sorting out. Not great first impression but beyond that I would highly recommend the place and hope to return one day in the future.

Les Oliviers de Mougins "Pleasant stay but house needs improvement We stayed at Les Oliviers de Mougins from 1-8 July 2024. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and Hinda and her sons, who oversee the property, are very welcoming. They were very generous to let us depart late on our last day. The house is spacious and well equipped. The pool is excellent. The house is well situated if you plan to visit Cannes, Antibes and Nice. There is a nice bakery within a walking distance from the house and large, green areas. The ground floor of the house badly needs renovation and has not received the same care as the other two floors (which also have their flaws; doors not closing (or locks not working), faucets leaking, broken benches around the pool, and many other things). Communication with the hosts can be tricky, since they don't speak English, but they are nice and helpful. The house had not been cleaned properly when we arrived (trash cans not emptied, leftover clothes from other guest, used toothbrushes, dirty floors, etc.) and there was a distinct cigarette smell on the ground floor (despite this being a smokefree house). There was no highchair for our 1-year-old son, despite assurances that it would be available on our arrival, but Hinda and her sons were quick to fix this. The property is in a gated community and we did not receive any information before our arrival on how to get through the locked gates despite inquiring weeks before. It took a while to get Hinda to let us through and it would be nice to get this information before arrival."

We stayed at Les Oliviers de Mougins from 1-8 July 2024. Overall, our stay was pleasant, and Hinda and her sons, who oversee the property, are very welcoming. Les Oliviers de Mougins Had a really lovely stay between 8 girls for a weekend. Great facilities at the residence for good value! Hosts were super helpful and responsive, even allowing us a later checkout time than expected. Felt very safe in a gated community, and would definitely recommend to large groups or families!

Les Oliviers de Mougins Beautiful, peaceful home. We had some difficulty getting the door unlocked but our liaison was helpful in coming back to assist. We ran into another issue which was immediately addressed as well. There were cracks on the refrigerator door but it had no effect on how it functioned, so no issues there. Overall, the host was extremely responsive and communicated well. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.

Les Oliviers de Mougins Had such a wonderful time! Beautiful house in a gated community. Perfect if you are looking for a chill getaway as it is no less than a 30 minute car to the city centers of Nice or Cannes. The only notes I have are that the very friendly host stopped by unannounced for a few hours during our stay and that the they did not contract the pool cleaner to clean or heat the pool until our second day there which inhibitted our use of the facilities for part of the trip. Other than that, the house was spacious, the backyard is lush and well kept, and the property is just as advertised online!

Les Oliviers de Mougins "Great location. House needs maintenance. Property management company is terrible. 🙂 the location is excellent. 🙁 The property manager was very unorganized and it was extremely difficult to access to get the keys. The property management company was not very helpful and simply said the property manager would be in touch. The house is in need of maintenance and the sauna stinks."

Les Oliviers de Mougins Beautiful house in a lovely part of France. However the home is on a private gated street which we were not told how to get in to, or how to leave from (at the end of our stay). Luckily one of our party sneaked in behind someone else. Some instructions on the gate system would be useful! The house is not toddler friendly, due to the many stairs, though this could be rectified with the availability of a few baby gates and the addition of outside gates. We were told a travel cot would be available - it wasn't until midway through our stay which was problematic. The kitchen is functional but could do with a few more very basic additions. The pillows are SUPER soft, fine for my partner, really uncomfortable for me. However the house keeper was always contactable and helpful. The house is generally great, beautiful location, close to Nice, Antibes, and Cannes and Mougins is lovely. A fabulous place to spend time, and we generally had a great time. Thank you.
