Clean, modern and comfortable

Room was very nice and comfortable, thankfully I booked a private bathroom. The area is very picturesque. Breakfast is adequate and fun sharing at the table with other guests. Room was modern and comfortable. Off street parking was great.

Our room was on the 3rd floor, with large suitcases that’s difficult. No locks on the bedroom rooms. Although it seems safe, you just never know. I didn’t leave our passports in our room when we were out for the day. Don’t trust your gps using the postcode, put in the street address.

great location for the races.

breakfast was continental - had all usual options. No hot options. Beautiful view of the garden for breakfast, and super modern surroundings.

Shared bathroom - when booking i searched for private bathroom. Seems one of the rooms had private bathroom, so if this is important to you make sure that you choose the one with private facilities - no locks on bedroom doors.

Lovely

The room was lovely. Very comfortable and furnished to a very high standard. We only stayed for one night but could have stayed there for a few days happily.

There were no locks on the room doors but we were given a key to the front door so did not see this as an issue.

Fantastic place to stay if you’re planning a short break in Newmarket

Very clean, fantastic continental breakfast included in price, comfortable, and very friendly hosts

No major issues. Only minor inconvenience was that it needed a short taxi ride into town and back given weather was bad (but taxis were cheap)

Met our needs very well

It was very modern and clean. Vanessa was very friendly and there was ample continental breakfast. And it was very convenient for our son’s house in the same Road.

We found the shower a bit small. And, in the loft conversion, you always had to be aware that you could easily hit your head on the sloping ceiling.

A warm and cozy stay in stylish rooms and welcoming host.

This B&B is superb. You will be greeted by a welcoming host. You will relax in a warm, tastefully styled room will a gorgeous view and very comfortable bed. You will enjoy a lovely continental style breakfast with quality options. You will want to stay again.

Very clean, looks new, very well presented and lovely host. good breakfast and lovely setting. ample parking. very convenient location close to the Newmarket centre, peaceful location and my room was at the back, so peaceful that could sleep with the window open.

nothing, only change I will make the next time I visit, is to book a room with en-suite, I was caught waiting for a couple to finish using the bathroom and it was 40 minutes, then again whilst the same couple used the toilet before leaving, another 20 minutes. Not the property’s fault but a lesson to me, if you don’t want to wait for a a shared bathroom to become available, pay a little more and get en-suite.

Perfect for an overnight stay to avoid travel on the day of the meeting.

The house was very well apportioned. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly. Good parking space and very enjoyable pub (New Wellington) nearby with wonderful food.

This property was ideal travelling for a friends wedding everything that we needed and not to far out able to walk in to town all flat host was lovely everything spotless and clean thanks so much for a wonderful stay totally recommended

Lovely looking property in lovely location and very modern inside

I got told off for wearing my shoes upstairs,don’t like walking up narrow polished wooden staircases in socks , belongings in bathroom drawers , shower could do with deep clean and to cap it all no locks on the doors, breakfast was a poor continental,most of group went elsewhere
