The room was fine and the bathroom was quite good with a big shower.

Staff at reception were very rude, was on the phone the whole time and was terrible with customer service.

Haren en vlekken in de lakens

Goed locatie voor een snelle overnachting dichtbij de luchthaven. Douche was geweldig. Er is een fitness en een bar aanwezig

De medewerker aan de check in balie was nogal slecht gehumeurd.Er is in de buurt heel weinig te vinden van zaakjes om te lunch In het bed lagen haren en vlekken van vorige gasten

Da ich hauptsächlich Tagsüber dort war kann ich zur Nacht nichts sagen. Aber es war sehr ruhig.

Es war sehr ruhig. Sbahn direkt vor der Tür. Wenig los im Hotel

Der rezeptionist der mich eingecheckt hat, hat nicht wirklich viel geredet. Kam so rüber als hätte er kein Bock oder schlechte Laune. Karte gegeben und das war’s.. nicht gefragt ob ich Frühstück buchen möchte oder sonst irgendwas. Kein „schönen Aufenthalt“ gewünscht etc. Gastorientierung gleich 0. die Kollegin dagegen war sehr freundlich und hatte immer ein Lächeln. Hatte sich sogar an meinen refund am nächsten Tag erinnert. Dem Housekeeping wurde nicht Bescheid gegeben dass ich Late Check Out hatte. Kamen zweimal, zwei verschiedene Leute rein ohne anzuklopfen. Fand ich schon blöd da ich paar Minuten vorher noch duschen war und nackt im Zimmer… 5min früher und die hätte mich gesehen wie Gott mich schuf…

كل شيء جيد جدا الاسعار والغرفة والتعامل والهدوء فقط ناقصها شيء واحد عدم وجود غلاية ماء وقهوة وشاي في الغرفة مثل بقية الفنادق المجاورة التي زرناها

Perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt zu Zweit.

Charmantes Zimmer perfekt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Das Badezimmer war groß, geräumig und sehr schön aufgebaut. Guter Zugang zu der S Bahn (direkt gegenüber) und auch ein Supermarkt ist in fünf Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett.

Der einzige Kritikpunkt wäre an dieser Stelle das Fehlen von Schränken, was aber durchaus auch schon auf der Bildervorschau zu erkennen war.

Clean, new hotel but room lacked some amenities

New facilities, clean. Staff was kind. Location right next to public transport (Ubahn).

Все понравилось.

Чистые, теплые номера практически со всем необходимым. Расположение отеля просто супер, так как рядом линия городской электрички, на которой за 15 минут можно добраться до аэропорта и за 30-40 минут до центра. Также рядом 2 супермаркета со всем необходимым.

Было бы прекрасно, если бы можно было добавить в номер маленький холодильник и чайник, хотя учитывая размеры номера это сложно. Надеюсь персонал и руководство будет и дальше следить за своим отелем, чтоб он оставался на хорошем уровне за свои деньги.

Convenient location near airport, spacious room

Location was super convenient if you are arriving and departing from Berlin Brandenbug, very easy to get there! Also very close to a cheap supermarket.

Die Lage ist top und ruhig. Direkt neben der S-Bahn. Die Aufzüge funktionieren hervorragend. Personal freundlich, die deutsche Sprache beim Einchecken und Reinigungspersonal allerdings problematisch. Trotzdem sehr freundlich

Gerne wieder, ein toller Aufenthalt in einem tollen Hotel!

Tolles Hotel mit modern eingerichteten Zimmern. Betten waren bequem und Badezimmer komfortabel und neu eingerichtet. Die Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Wasserkocher erhält man auf Anfrage. Der Herr beim Check In war sehr freundlich und stets bemüht jeden Gast zu helfen. Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr zu empfehlen. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Definitiv für jeden etwas dabei! Da stand 400 m zur S Bahnstation, aber das ist übertrieben! Die war direkt vor der Tür, man musste nur die Straße überqueren! Das war auch ein Pluspunkt! Parkplätze gab es vor der Tür gegen eine Gebühr/ Nacht zu angemessenen Preisen. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur empfehlen. Super Schnäppchen im Vergleich zu den ganzen Hosteln mit Gemeinschaftsbad 🤣

Alles war gut. Die Zimmer sind etwas klein, aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend!

Would we come back? You betcha!

The hotel was a 5 minute walk to the train station, which meant that we were in Berlin within 45 minutes. On the other hand, it was 15 minutes from the airport. Breakfast was worth paying for as there was so much choice. Something for everyone. In the evenings, Sami kept us very entertained and really looked after us. We discovered green beer! We will not thinnt2ice about rebooking here next time we come to Berlin.

No coffee or tea facilities in the room, and no safe.

Calm side of Berlin

Even though it's far from the city center I think the location is perfect if you are very anxious about not arriving on time at the airport. There are grocery shops close by and a really amazing food truck!!!

The staff is absolutely amazing! Especially Justin and Ivy at the front desk! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and still has that clean new build smell to it! Huge Tv and walk in shower, elevator, amazing cold AC, along with a comfy bed! The hotel restaurant was really good too! The hotel is right by the tram, but you don't hear it! 10 mins to the airport! Great price as well! Absolutely recommend!!

It's great for needing to be close to the airport, but it's a 45 min train ride into city center...so just keep that in mind!
