With three bedrooms (one double, one twin, one bunk), 45 Strawberry Hill offers comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. Perfect for families to enjoy the stunning local beaches, and sights of St. Ives Bay that are on the doorstep, and Mounts Bay & Penzance which is just a short drive away.
Downstairs:
Living / Dining Space - Large sofa, occasional chair, TV, DVD, dining table with bench seating
Kitchen - fitted & well-equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer & microwave
Bathroom - bath with shower over, fitted basin & w.c. unit, heated towel rail

Bed 1 - double bed, bedside tables, lamps, chest of drawers, TV
Bed 2 - 2 single beds, chest of drawers, hanging rail
Bed 3 - full sized bunk beds, bedside table, lamp, hanging rail
A message from Toms
Our office is located at Riviere Towans, which is within a couple of miles of Tolroy Manor, and we are open 9am-5pm Monday - Saturday and 9am-1pm on Sundays. From maintenance to housekeeping, travel tips and directions, we're here to help! There is a 24 hour ‘out of hours' contact number for us too.
The Location
The property is located on the Tolroy Manor Holiday Park on the southern edge of Hayle. About a mile from Hayle beach and its three miles of golden sands. The park is just a short drive to Hayle town, with both St Ives and Penzance nearby. Ideally situated to access all of west Cornwall's attractions.
On the doorstep
The property has use of the site facilities which are open March-November and include:

-Family club (entertainment is peak school holidays only)

Only a short drive into Hayle you have a great selection of shops and restaurants.
Further afield
The beautiful West Cornwall countryside stretches beyond the manor grounds with quiet lanes, streams and hidden villages. Hayle itself is around 1 miles away, with its harbour, shops, restaurants and cafes. The beaches are accessible from Hayle, with parking at Harvey's Towans just beyond North Quay. Riviere Towans, Phillack Towans & Mexico Towans are all close by.
At Tolroy Manor you are a short drive from many well known places such as St. Ives, Penzance and Lands End. Many visitors enjoy not only the beautiful countryside and beaches but the picturesque fishing villages and historic sites West Cornwall has to offer.
For ocean enthusiasts, Hayle is a popular destination for surfers, kite surfers, paddle boarders and kayakers alike with great conditions for various watersports along St. Ives Bay.
For walkers, Hayle is located on a beautiful stretch of the South West Coastal path which runs from Hayle estuary all the way to Godrevy along the beach and dunes.
Cornwall has always been a favourite of artists, writers and film producers and its rugged coasts and beautiful coves have featured in numerous films and TV series most, recently the popular Poldark series.

Useful information- All the properties we manage are self-contained, self-catering. All the kitchen equipment you will require for your stay is provided in the property. All properties will include a microwave, TV, iron, heating to name but a few of the basics. A large number will also include washing machines but do check the property particulars above.
Winter stays at Tolroy Manor
Whilst ideally situated for exploring West Cornwall, please note the on site facilities such as shop, club, bar, restaurant, swimming pool and tennis courts at Tolroy Manor may not be open during this period. Please be aware this is also the main time for property renovations and refurbishment.
