Worst experience ever!!!

The address displayed for making the check in does not correspond to the reserved apartment. The owner didn't even try to contact us by phone like if internet was available every where. THE WORST : WE DIDN'T HAVE THE APARTMENT THAT WE RESERVED and the owner just gives excuse over excuse instead of of offering a solution to his customers. The bed wasn't done. Not even a glass available in the "kitchen" No electricity for using the washing machine (one of the amenities of the apartment we reserved) 10 cats around you in the garden and the dog barking early in the morning. The apartment is so humid that the towels don't get dry. There isn't humidity extraction in the shower...

The location is excellent. Pool area is impeccable. Cosimo's hospitality is the cherry on the cake!

The Location is excellent. Very close to Alberbello city center (5mins by car) yet far enough to have privacy, peace and quite once you stay by the pool. Cosimo, the person doing the maintenance around the place was simply superb. His hospitality is one of the best, if not the best I have ever experienced in my travels. He was always ready to give advice about where to visit or simply just up for a friendly conversation. For us he was what made our stay extra special.

Apart from Cosimo, who is doing the maintenance work, there isn't someone around to make you feel welcome. I feel that if there was someone permanently at the place interacting with the guests, making sure the guests are happy and getting everything they need, then it would make the place a 10/10 instead of 9/10 The shower in our room was a bit tricky. Getting the right amount of hot water and keeping it constant for a 2 minute shower was very hard.

pictures are not accurate representations of what you might get. make sure you read the fine print. I’ve always gone off of what pictures look like but from now on I will be sure to read thoroughly. There was no air conditioning as advertised and only one fan in the three bedroom apartment. It would have been nice to have been provided at least one more fan. I didn’t mind driving to the pool but would’ve rather stayed in the units next to the pool as pictured. but again I didn’t see where it said there were different properties.

Location near Trulli Zone and restaurants just 7 min walk in lovely streets. Trulli we stayed was small and clean with plenty of hot water and goid WiFi. Parking nearby so you could leave a car in safe place and walk with suitcase in just 2 minutes to your trulli in narrow streets atmospheric area. I am happy I decided to book this one. 😊 Swimming pool wasn't attached to my trulli but we drove to swimming pool in 2 minutes and swam or had breakfasts there. Amazing position in the sun whole day and near nature: olive trees, vineries.

It might be confusing for some people. The place has many different trulli houses so please follow direction instructions from owner to get to yours. Not exactly address from booking.com. But every house very close to this address. So it was not a problem

Our first night we got cold water only in the bathroom... Also, almost all information were about a Trullo located 250m from the centre but there are different location and different b&b on the post which created a lot of confusion.

Overall this space has potential but needs to be improved

The trulli looked beautiful outside, great location within short walking distance to centre, free wifi

Lack of supplies in the kitchen, very old and broken coffee machine, no wine glasses, broken and uncomfortable beds, third room cannot be called a separate room as it's just about 2 x 2 m space without a door - it did fit just 1 single bed, that's it. Also our shower was leaking and could be easily replaced with a new one by owner - you just need to have a will.

Lovely trullo set in amongst a few with a little garden. It looked very pretty outside and inside had everything you nee

Great position near town centre and lots of restaurants and cafes. Free parking nearby. Car charging point out the front. The host was very responsive.

It would be nicer to have a couch instead of a second bed.

We did not have what we booked, so we left the day after!!

It was not located as the adress showed on the booking confirmation!!!

This is meant to be a warning not to book a house with “Trulli Lovely”. A month ago I booked a house located in Alberobello. As it can clearly be seen from the confirmation, the property's address is Via Morea 32, which is right in the middle of the city. The pictures that are linked to the confirmation also show that the house is located in the city. When we arrive at Bari Airport last Saturday, the host had sent us a picture of a gate with a description of how to open it. A route guide is also included. Since we have already entered the address in our GPS, we preferred to use the GPS. When we arrived in Alberobello in the evening, we could not find the mentioned gate at the address. Therefore we contacted the host again and he told us that we had to find the house on the link he has sent us. As we can see, the house is not located in Alberobello but 4 km outside. Of course we protested. His answer was that you can not expect to find a house with a pool in the city… Since we necessarily had to sleep some where, we drove out to the house, which as I said is far from the city. We will certainly not spend a week here. Although it is not important concerned the “false” adress, the house is so cold that we have to keep our jackets on to stay in it. We contacted the host again, who said that the heat was not connected but that he could come by the next day with some blankets .. In addition, the pool is not cleaned at all. We have payed more than 10.000 kr for this and now booking.com taken the money from our account even though it is clearly not our fault that the adress (and pictures) were wrong. We found out that “Trully Lovely” has 10 properties in and around Alberobello.

Nice Trullo

The position is perfect - just few minutes away from old Alberobello. The accommodation is good for a couple.

The kitchen is too small and not really useful if you want to cook. The bathroom is very small and is missing the bidet.

We loved the large space for our family of 4. Easy walk to the historical trulli center. Cafe and take away restaurants nearby. Wifi worked great. Host was always available!
