The location and the link to the KSL mall.
To change the curtain and get rid of the carpet as the smell is rather unbearable. We tried airing the unit in the day by opening the windows and balcony door for air circulation. We even buy air and fabric freshener to spray. Probably, will be good to keep the place ventilated without closing up the blacony door in between occupants. Thank you!

One of the dining chair is faulty and found behind a see through door at the balcony. Will be good to replace it as only left with 1 functional chair.
Bed a little on the soft side, can consider getting firmer bed. To remove the bath tub as quite worn out.

The great for families with children.
The lift is too slow and there are lifts that don’t light up when I press the arrow down. In the end I need to go around to the other side the press the lift to go down.

Just right on top of ksl shopping mall, lok lok shop is just 2mins from lift lobby.
The lifts were slow and pretty small.
Have to wait for a long time to board the lift esp. during checkin checkout timing.
But it is not the host's issue, more of building facilities issue.

Easy to collect keys. Good location. Comfortable bed. Still good price when compared to the hotels around the area, plus we visited during a long weekend.
Elevator can be a nightmare. There were 4 elevators and 2 were down during the time of our stay. All elevator serves the entire block (meaning over 30 storeys). Waiting for it is disastrous.
Walls are rather thin. Could hear people walking down the corridor. The Deluxe Suite has its door facing one of the elevators.

Reasonably clean, excellent location, and clear instructions to access card. High level and because of CNY, we got to see clear and beautiful views of fireworks.
The lift is terrible, bathtub seems fragile, making sounds when we step into it (no choice we had to step into it as to access the shower, shower heater takes awhile to heat up and there is awful smell in the toilet. The single bed has some powdery texture on it and my kid had a minor rash and the broken thread on the linen caused a minor cut on my girl’s finger.

The location is good. Plenty of nearby shops for food and convenience stores. Clean h well maintained apartment. Check-in process was easy. Host was very responsive.

The location is great, high level, just next to KSL with lots of eateries around. The apartment is brightly lit with natural lights, clean and comfortable. Contains all necessary utensils. Comes with a smart TV. The owner also changed the air-conditioner which works well. Check-in was fuss-free and quick.
No shower curtain so the floor gets wet but there's an anti-slip mat. The base of one of the single bed was faulty and had informed the owner abt it. Hopefully that will be changed in my next visit.

Big and spacious room. A few steps away fr KSL shopping mall. Behind it a lot of coffeeshops, traditional grocery stores, restaurants. Good security where you tap yr card it will bring you to the level where you stay
No reception area. Deal with all requests via sms. Quilt has stains, corridor smells as there's no ventilation. Each pax given one pillow only. No extra pillow even upon request. Lift takes a long time to arrive.

Worst lift service, cleanliness of the room, roaches found climbing on the walls & cooktop and common area is not clean. Very dangerous to use lift as it shuts after quite some time even holding onto the lift button to keep it open fails. Waiting time to get the lift is minimum 30 minutes which needs attention.

Alr my 3rd stay in the same unit. My elderly parents love it. Unit was brightly lit, on high level and clean. Everything works well (WiFi is strong, Smart TV works well, Fridge, Water Boiler and Microwave works well) Bathroom is also great, I think there's an addition of a floor mat at the bathtub so makes the bathroom less slippery.
The blanket on one of the bed seems to have a little patch ripped off. But it didn't affect the comfort of the bed.

I liked the location. It was really easy to come down to KSL and get beauty supplies and whatnot. Adjacent areas were also filled with food so there were no concerns about what to eat. The room was also sufficiently big for the four of us and room owner provided us with towels so that was a big plus!
FIRSTLY, there was no way of opening the glass door to access the mailbox area unless we waited for other guests. So eventually me and my friend had to sneak in with another guest just so we could open the glass door for me to access the keycards and everything. SECONDLY wow the carpark sucks. Did not like how narrow and confusing it was to park near the recommended parking lot but eventually, we parked elsewhere. THIRDLY, while it was great to get a high floor, the morning wait for the lift was atrocious. With so little lifts servicing a high level residence, be prepared to wait close to 15 min for the lift and you won't even be guaranteed with space once the lift comes because so many people are exiting at 10am onwards so ya, maybe go out earlier or in the afternoon to avoid this issue. oh and lastly, some random stranger decided to knock our door repeatedly (past midnight) and scared us for a bit so like, just be careful while you're there.
