I filled the sink with water and it had a brown tint to it. Eewww! Shower was awesome but I room had a bad shower valve or something because it was a choice of hot or scalding.

Very secured hotel. We enjoyed the variety if restaurants in the hotel. We’re not much of a gambler, so we didn’t go in that portion. The room was quiet, very clean, and very cozy bed. For the price, it was definitely an upgrade from La quinta.

We had a wonderful one night stay in this big, beautiful, convenient-to--Memphis room when we went to see a Golden Girls Stage Performance at the Orpheum. Our stay was perfect and we even had a little luck.

The bathroom wasn't really clean and the shower flooded because the drain was stopped up

Overall the staff was great, the room was clean, the restaurants had good food. Overall it was a good stay to a quick girls trip.

Beautiful hotel and casino with everything you could possibly want. Loved our room. Quiet and comfortable. Only thing that i didnt like was the shower was not clean and had mold on the grout. May need to do more thorough inspections of rooms and training of housekeepers. Other than that would stay there again.

We had a great stay! Everything was clean, the hotel was one of the best casino hotels we have stayed at. We really liked the fact that the nonsmoking section was right underneath the hotel. There for no smoke smell at all. The buffet was great, you even get a free alcohol drink with your dinner. On special days it is only $15 per person.

Valet was fabulous,but check in lady was very rude i thought when i was asking questions!!!! Then when she seen we booked through a third party that's when the attitude started, our beds were very good ,carpet had burns or burnt,the bathroom toilet paper holder wasn't even attached all the was itwas hanging thought it was going to fall off !!!! Sink was not draining, and looked like on the ledge a bug was dead wasnt cleaned the ledge that is on the floor!!! I asked if we had a handicape room she didn't respond also about a late check out because of my husband being handicape and here response was only a certain card status, when i tried to explain why she wouldn't even respond!!! Honestly wasn't worth what i paid because we went through a third party pretty sad!!!!

Great area for easy parking, safe, brighter and late night drinks/snacks. I have a service dog and they were very welcoming and friendly. All staff were friendly and helpful around the facility. Absolutely best experience I’ve had.

What I did not like about this place is they did not have Fox news on the TV had Fox business but not the other probably will stay across the street from now on

Nice new clean facility with above average amenities that is hamstrung by unprofessional and indifferent staff. During my last stay housekeeping left my room door open all day after servicing my room.

Very nice and modern

The hotel was awesome. Staff was friendly, room was clean and spacious, the view of Memphis was cool, and the restaurants were yummy and convenient for when we didn’t want to travel for a meal or snack. I liked the security at the hotel entrance and elevators. The casino was fun and bright, just like you would expect. I don’t smoke so I appreciate there was a separate area for smoking in the casino.

The room was absolutely beautiful! I just loved every bit of it. I’m planning to come back for another joyous experience like this one.
