Very nice modern hotel. Friendly staff. Close to RER station (5 minute walk at most) and one stop to Disney. Good facilities in area, sopping centre, bars, supermarkets coffee shops. Would recommend to anyone going to Disney

Stayed here for a trip to Disney with kids aged 3 and 6 month old. Room was brilliant and big enough for us all. Location was good and we used the train and walked to Disney. I did however find the facilities poor for families travelling with an infant. There is no kettle in the room which made making bottles up for our infant a struggle as we constantly had to go down to the bar to get hot water. The staff also will not guarantee an infant cot. I did request as soon as we booked the hotel but got told it was subject to availablity. There is also only 2 highchairs in the hotel so breakfast time was a struggle when they were all taken. This hotel is more suited to families with older children or young couples.

I took my nephew to Disney land for first day time and was very impressed with the hotel great location near Val d’Europe and one stop away from Disney . The staff were very friendly and even entertained my trying to speak French. The room was of a good size and very clean ! We were very impressed !

Super convenient for Disneyland. Lots of nice restaurants and shopping options within walking distance. Staff are friendly and very responsive. Breakfast was freshly cooked with an excellent choice of foods.

The room and hotel itself was very clean. The staff was exceptonally friendly. Wish there was a fridge, even if it were a 6 can mini fridge to keep drinks, water or baby milk cold. The train station is within walking mins. Large mall close to trainstation with large grocery store. Remember what u purchase, must be carried back to room. Dog poop smudge right on walkway in front hotel. Breakfast not that great. Same thing, no rotation Not hotels issue, but a heads up, Know specifically where at Disneyland. World of Disney, Disney Village is a good one . Its the closes to the parks

The exterior design of the hotel doesn't look great; it resembles a budget hotel, with the building and the hotel name in red. However, the interior design is nice. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, but at that price, breakfast could be included or a coffee machine provided in the room. The staff seemed confused because too much is going on in one place; the reception and bar are combined. I think the hotel is too expensive for the minimal service provided. There is no water in the room and no telephone to call reception.

I think for a 4 star it is unacceptable not to have a bottle of water in the room and a telephone.. most of the staff need more training.. it’s just not organized I think. Very expensive for no reason .

Very quirky and pleasant hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean Good location Easy to get taxis. I would definitely stay again which is something I haven’t said so far from other stays in French hotels in the area.

Great hotel only 1 train stop away from Disneyland Paris and half the price of Disneyland hotels. Big lounge area with play room for the kids. Recommended!

We stayed here when we went to Disneyland in Paris. It is in a nice suburban area of Paris. There is a huge mall, Val d’Europe, That is about a 10 minutes walk. We also walked to Disneyland. This is a trendy hotel and draws lots of young adults. It’s got a cool vibe.

The hotel was modern and clean. Staff were ok but no that friendly or ignored you when stood waiting to be served. €5 for a bottle of water is rather expensive and id expect a kettle in the room? Ive come home to see ive been charged €87.55 euros by the hotel when i paid upfront and didnt eat or drink in so that's annoyed me and ive now got to chase this fraudulent payment up with the hotel/my bank.

Loved the hotel! The fact that the check in desk is the bar set the whole mood for vacation. The welcome drink is fantastic with it without alcohol. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We often saw them dancing or singing along to the music at night which set for a pleasant tone. Very cute decor. Only complaint is husband said bed was too soft for his taste. But that’s just personal preference. Bathroom is a little smaller than we’re used to but still had everything we needed. Overall highly recommended.

Excellent location to Disney. Breakfast from 6-11am so perfect to not have to rush . Really helpful staff. Great little playroom for children and smart gym area. Clean rooms and really comfy beds .

Great hotel for a Disney stay for a family of 3, family of 4 + might struggle with the compact nature of rooms. 3 - 4 minute walk to Val D'Europe train station which is then only a 3 - 4 minute train ride so couldn't be any better logistics wise! Definitely recommend looking into eateries before you go as many shut on a Monday.
