Herausragendes Hotel in Gurgaon

Das Hotel ist fantastisch, der Service außerordentlich gut, die Zimmer top und das Frühstück hervorragend. In der Gegend gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Bars.

Mir war es in den öffentlichen Bereichen etwas zu kalt. Wer näher an Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt wohnen möchte, hat hier eine lange Anfahrt.

One of the most luxurious hotels with exquisite attention to detail and flawless service

My husband and I visited with our 11 month old from London and everything about this hotel is exceptional: the staff are courteous, efficient, and lovely; the food is incredible (don't skip the amazing breakfast spread, or the fabulous tea); the rooms are modern, tastefully decorated and clean. Our suite had two Toto's and we ended up cutting our Jaipur trip short to return for a further two nights before our flight home. Do not hesitate to book this hotel! You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. A special thank you to: Khyati at the front desk who went above and beyond to organise spa treatments for us, Hemant in Housekeeping, and Shweta Pamta, the HK manager. Thank you so much!

Good room, hotel, food and breakfast!

Comfortable room sizes and a very nice view from the high floor. The WC was automated which was an interesting and unique experience. The room service food was excellent and I had their range of cuisine offering.

The hotel has a policy for someone to visit the room every 24 hours, find this an intrusion of personal space.

Good rooms, pathetic food. Stay at your risk.

The rooms are beautiful, spacious and well designed. Nice TV.

The food… it’s terrible! My wife fell sick the next day. The overall quality of the food is so low! I never expected this from Hyatt. Considering that Hyatt Delhi has the 3 best restaurants in town. - the bar peanuts and cashews were so soggy. Even after asking them to change it, they got bad ones. How hard is it to open a new pack of cashews and serve? -the cocktails at the bar were a disaster too -the food at the bar was under cooked - the waffles and Pancakes at breakfast were raw - the coffee was severed without a stirring spoon - there were no appetisers at the buffet lunch And the list goes on. Please do not stay at this property till they sort out their FnB.

great experience with Grand Hyatt

Extremely customer oriented hotel. Staff was perfect! All questions were solved immediately. Appreciate a lot sych type of service. Hotel itself is designed and buitiful. There is a very good black out solution in the room - you can sleep well in the dark the whole morning.

location - it's good for business reason, but no places to go in the evening. only by taxi

First rate facilities with excellent staff and service. We stayed in a number of highly rated 5 star hotels in Northern India and liked the Grand Hyatt Gurgaon best.

Good value for money and lots of potential to become the top hotel destination for business and family travel in Gurgaon

1. Friendly & hospitable staff - especially Florence in the cafeteria / dining room.

1. Some cleanliness issues in rooms 2. Spa was not operational 3. Gym has some holes in the ceiling

Wonderful trip over all. Didt realise hot weather outside at all.

Excellent service around breakfast hall. Staff is very helpful polite and courteous.

Awesome

The room, the upkeep, the facilities were all awesome. The staff is way above the category of hotel they work for. The stay felt like one in a high end resort in an exotic locale and not one in the middle of a mega polis.

Great place for work trip with great staff and amenities

The staff were very warm and welcoming - special mentions to Rakhi / Nishika at front desk, the two doormans and Neel at the restaurant. Used the gym on a daily basis. Room was spacious and functional.
