Spacious and comfortable townhouse in the heart of Agaete, between the dock and the town of Agaete, the house has three large bedrooms, a terrace with barbecue, hammocks, shaded areas, outdoor shower, fruit trees and a large roof terrace with fantastic views of the natural park of Tamadaba. There is also a porch at the entrance, ideal for enjoying a good local coffee and a huge interior patio. The house is ideal for families who want to relax, go hiking, do water sports or discover the island.
There is a large area in front of the house, where you can park easily.
Agaete is a seaside village, its town centre is located at an altitude of 43 metres above sea level. The topography of Agaete is, in general, very abrupt. Three main basins stand out: El Risco, Guayedra and Agaete, reaching a maximum altitude of 1,180 metres in the summit area of the Pinar de Tamadaba.
The Tamadaba Natural Park is a protected area, and contains the largest pine forest in Gran Canaria. Towards the sea, the massif descends steep slopes, steep ravines and steep cliffs, creating a landscape of great beauty, where the impressive Roque Faneque stands out, whose 1,008 metres drop vertically into the sea and is considered to be one of the highest active cliffs in the world. In the upper part of the massif, at an altitude of over 1,000 metres, there is a flat area occupied by a dense forest of Canary Island pines.
From the Agaete Valley, which stands out for its unique beauty and its tropical fruit, orange and coffee plantations, there are impressive views of the Tamadaba massif, with its lush pine forests. In addition to the great beauty of the Agaete Valley, you can enjoy the traditional constructions that give shelter to rural tourism in the area, encouraging the practice of hiking in the municipality.
Puerto de Las Nieves is the coastal area of the municipality. Here we find the Chapel and its Triptych of Our Lady of Las Nieves, the latter attributed to the 16th century Flemish painter Joos Van Cleve. In Puerto de Las Nieves, you can see the Roque Partido or Dedo Dios, another symbol for the Canary Islanders. The Roque Partido is a rock formation that has taken the shape of a hand due to erosion.
Agaete is also home to some of the most popular natural pools and beaches in the north of the island. The busiest beach is Playa de Las Nieves, with calm waters and a good seafaring atmosphere, full of restaurants offering the best of the local gastronomy and a picturesque promenade.
It is located 1 km from the restaurant "Dedo de Dios", 2 km from the rocky beach "Playa del Juncal", 500 m from the bus station "Agaete", 750 m from the rocky beach "Playa de Las Nieves", 400 m from the town "Agaete", 400 m from the supermarket "Spar", 1 km from the rock beach "Las Salinas, natural swimming pool", 1 km from the rock beach "Playa de la Caleta", 2 km from the restaurant "Las Nasas", 6 km from the sand beach "Playa de Sotavento", 7 km from the sand beach "Playa de Guayedra", 9 km from the town "Gáldar", 14 km from the sandy beach "Playa de Sardina del Norte", 18 km from the nature park "Tamadaba", 25 km from the town "Moya", 31 km from the town "La Aldea de San Nicolás", 46 km from the golf course "Campo de Golf de Bandama", 55 km from the airport "Aeropuerto de Gran Canaria", 84 km from the amusement park "Holidayworld Maspalomas Center", 88 km from the water park "Aqualand Maspalomas" and is located in an ideal family and rural area.
There is a gym and a sports area 200 m away and 500 m from the flower garden or botanical garden.
The accommodation is equipped with the following things: garden, garden furniture, fenced plot, terrace, barbecue, iron, internet (wifi), hair dryer, alarm, 1 tv, radio.
In the independent kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and juicer are provided.

As already remarked by others, this is a roomy house with a lot of character. The bedrooms and kithcen are build around a central living room, which is like a covered courtyard. It is also nice there are many plants. The garden with mangos and papayas is not too big, but there are spots to sit in sunshade on all sides of the house. There were yellow signs with recommendations on the walls, which were often useful. The house is in the village, and the beach is in walking distance. The village of Agaete is very pleasant.
