Lots of new upgrades to the condo! New paint throughout, new appliances, new living room and bedroom furniture, new barstools, new large flat screen TVs, and more!

But let’s start with what makes this the perfect spot. Step out on the balcony and the first thing you’ll notice is the breathtaking views of the Gulf. MariSol is built close to the beach so you get stunning views of the beach and water. You'll want to spend all your time here because you have wonderful views of the beach and gulf. You’ll really enjoy the spectacular sunsets to the west. A great spot at the end of a great day.

It features a comfortable sofa that opens into a queen sleeper. The photos show how roomy and comfortable the living area is. Plenty of room for the whole family. It has a large flat screen 55" SMART HDTV.

The open gourmet KITCHEN area is well equipped and gives you great views. Plus, it features beautiful granite counter tops with attractive cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully stocked so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing mac and cheese for the kids you’ve got everything you need to please the family.

The DINING AREA comfortably seats 6 plus 3 at the breakfast bar and offers beach views so the family can share meals and trade their favorite part of their days at the beach while enjoying all the beauty of the gulf.

The MASTER SUITE features luxurious KING bed and private bath. There’s plenty of space to store your beachwear in the spacious closets. You’ll notice the large 50” TV that makes for great viewing when you’re relaxing after an activity filled day in Panama City Beach. You can step out onto the balcony from the MASTER SUITE which is really nice.

The SECOND bedroom is equipped with a King size bed. There’s also a 50 inch TV in this large SUITE.

The THIRD BEDROOM is equipped with a full size bunkbed.

The 4TH BEDROOM or very large efficiency suite has a KING SIZE bed. It has an en suite large bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and walk in shower. It has a 50 inch SMART TV.

The Washer/Dryer is conveniently located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.

These bedrooms along with a pull out sleeper sofas allow the unit to easily sleep 12 comfortably including 3 complete baths.

PARKING: One pass for the covered reserved spot under the building, and an additional pass for the overflow lot across the street.

*The pool will not be heated in the off season*

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was very clean and very close to your private beach quick elevators very little to no noise could use a couple bigger frying pans for breakfast but all in all would highly recommend.

We could not have been happier with the views, parking, area, & accommodations! The only issues we had were two of the TVs weren’t working and upon arriving we contacted property management and they said they would have someone reach out and come get those operational & they never did. They were in the two rooms our kids were staying in, so that was a bummer at night for them. Otherwise, it would have been an absolutely perfect stay!

The unit was beyond amazing. We had a staff of 10 and the unit accomodated everyone very comfortably. Could not.find a mop but everything was well in place.

Great view of the ocean and lots of space. Loved staying in a corner unit with natural light and bedroom access to balcony. Well equipped with additional bedding. Quiet area and great location to several restaurants, shopping and entertainment. Would definitely recommend to my friends to stay. Will stay here again

The condo was clean And very nicely decorated. Beach area was beautiful. Pool heater was not working at the time of our stay so really can’t say much about the pool too cold to go in. Also, if you go spring break, you are not allowed to have alcohol on the sandy beach. Overall, we had a great stay and really the pool coldness would be my only complaint, but the golf was warm enough to swim. Also, for the owner, a couple dimmers for the lights, they are awfully bright in the main living area

The condo was very nice! The problem I had was that the bathroom in master backed up and was unusable. A plumber was to come in Sat. But never showed up. There was backup in tub and shower. Only other suggestion I have is that there needs to be vacuum to pick up the sand!

We enjoyed our stay so much we made this an annual trip for the “Cousins”! Location is PERFECT! The unit was clean, spacious, cozy, comfortable and overall IDEAL! The property manager was quick to respond after both messages I sent. It was easy to check in and out (even though there are “50-11” codes to access the building/pool/unit/etc….. Parking was easily accessible in the building’s parking area (be SURE to hang the parking pass in the review mirror). Walmart is like a quarter mile down the street. The only thing I would recommend is that the units TOILET SEATS get replaced. They are aged and should be replaced. Looking forward to staying here next year when we return for our annual Cousins Getaway.

I love the place so much. It's very spacy, gorgeous with ameizing views. The only reason why I gave 4 stars is cleanliness. There was a lot of sand on each bed (Im really hoping that nobody slept there before me because it would be very disgusting). One bed even didn't have the linens. I found an extra one in the closet ( wrong size), and we use it. Also the floor was dirty as well. I tried to clean it by myself but the cleaning equipment was in bad condition. Also I don't like the chair service on the beach, because they pick it up very early. We try to use our own tent for kids, but they don't allow to put our own tent in front of their chairs even nobody used them. Overall, I love the place and location I would book it again. I hope that host will check my reviews and correct the cleaning service.

Loved the condo and the building…exactly as described. The condo was well furnished, really spacious, had lots of bath towels (which was great for 5 women!), and had a beautiful view. It was really conveniently located and the walk to the beach was super easy even for elderly folks. My only suggestions would be to have more dish towels and the oven needs a good cleaning…very minor details. We would definitely stay here again!

The property was perfect for my family of all ages. I took my 85 year old father who has mobility issues and my daughters family (ages infant, 8 years old, 9 years old, and daughter/son-in-law 30’s). We were very pleased with the ramp going onto the beach and the easy access from the handicapped ramp into the condo. The condo was beautiful and perfect for my family. We visited the dolphins at Gulf Water and then took a dolphin sunset tour. I found the prices to be very reasonable. It was an EXCELLENT vacation!

Would not book property again.If you plan to pay with a card,management charges a fee to pay remaining balance.This property is very much in need of a deep clean.Parking is not great.Info tells that there’s 1 space in the garage under the building,and a parking pass for another spot in the lot across the street,but signage for that lot is not very clear.If you’re coming from the condo building across to that lot there is no sign from that direction telling you which rows of parking spaces are permitted.Only 2 rows are permitted and a third is for something else.My sister was threatened to be towed within 30 minutes if she did not move from the row she was in to the next over.Lastly,my biggest issue-there is a door to one of the bedrooms(referred to in listing as efficiency suite)that has a locking keypad.One evening our babies were asleep in there with the door propped open using attached door stop. When the sliding door to back patio was opened the draft pulled the bedroom door shut. Apparently one of the kids turned the deadbolt earlier in the day so we were locked out.Called the after hours”emergency line” for emerald coast to obtain door code that WASN’T provided to us, and no answer.Finally got a text from a different # an hour and a half later with a code.By that time we had been able to yell loud enough to wake our 6 year old to open the door.Thank God there wasn’t a fire or other true emergency,and that one child was of age to understand us and open a heavy door.

Reviewer Comments: Third party management, in my opinion, overreacted and evicted my party less than 24 hours after arrival with not no so much as a partial refund of the remaining week. There was no damage but the reason was that "the Condo was not being respected".
