For me I can give 1 ⭐ for this hotel it's just for location nothing else

carpet in the room is extremely dirty and full of smells, unfriendly receptionist , beds are so small and it's not even enough for an ordinary person, I strongly suggest the hotel management to improve quality of the Room specially carpets must be changed or washed deeply,

kabeye dokunma mesafesine kadar 20 dakika otobüalerin olduğu yere kadar yaklaşık 10-12 dakika gayet yakın zemzem tower avm tarafının tam aksi istikametinde kaldıgınız için sakin ve güzel gösterişten uzak fiyat performans, duşu ve tuvaleti biraz sıkıntılı otelde genelde pakistanlı ve bangledeşliler var ama pek kirli diyemeyeceğim iyi sayılır f/p arkadaş grubu uygun umre için ideal böcek falan yok kabeye otelin kapısından direkt servis var ücretsiz. Resepsiyonda genç birisi oluyor bazen adı Ahmet onu bulun sizinle ilgilenecektir iyi birisi. otelin dışı ve katların koridorları otel odasından daha güzel :)

wifi ara sıra çekiyor, deluxe duş diye geçiyor ama duşakabin ve tuvalet pek iç açıçı değil, odada balkon var yazıyor ama yok çokta geniş olmayan bir oda, çarşafları ve yastıkları lekeli olabiliyor giderken yastık çarşaf kılıfı götürün derim.

Good Location, but the room is not clean full with chemical (Naphthalene)

-The location is really great. It is ten minutes walk from Haram. - Area is well served with of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and laundries.

-The bus is always full we ended of having taxi all the time. -Rooms not clean and they put chemicals for cleaning (Naphthalene inside bathroom, Cabinets and all around). - Wifi is very weak. -reception not friendly. Labors there not willing to support in carrying bags while check-in or check-out.

Location, prayer space inside building, price, clean towels, bathtub, dry and clean/hygienic bathroom floors.

Staff didn't give upper floor. Rooms in need of renovation, carpets, windows, bathroom, AC systems in need of renovation. Flies and bugs in room.

Be Aware!

The location is the only thing that I liked.

They don't fix anything. if there is something broken it will stay broken and they will move you to the next room. And that room will have something else broken. Yemenis take care of that hotel, and they do be taking care of it like they take care of 🇾🇪. I went there and asked for a room, and the guy at reception said NO! we don't have any rooms. I said there are rooms available on booking.com, and he said go ahead and book it. That's what I did and then paid for it, and he handed me the key card. The hotel is designed and built well but poorly maintained. They reception guy stay on their phone and do absolute nothing about fixing anything. My washroom had no shower head for the muslim shower, I asked the reception many times, but no one fixed it. My washroom roof leaked, and the AC thermostat was stuck on something like below freezing. I had to get up and turn the AC off to let the temperature be bearable. If you come to the hotel, make sure your room has the thing in working condition, especially the AC.

Affordable and near to Al Haram.

Clean and comfortable beds, nice location, very near to masjid Al Haram and restaurants. They have frequently bus service to Haram. All though it's walking distance to masjid Al Haram less then a kilometre I think 🤔. Way better then the hotel on Ibrahim Khalil road. Definitely will book again when ever in Makkah.

Had to wait for more than 1 hour for checkin even though we had made the payment before hand. Staff had no idea about the payment made by us and made us wait for more than an hour at the reception.

My short experience

The staff is helpful, the hotel is close to the Great Mosque of Mecca (approximately 8 minutes walk), buses that take us from the hotel to the Grand Mosque and vice versa are available periodically and at all times 24 hours for free

You have to ask for soap and shampoo yourself, as they do not check the rooms regularly and do not provide you with cleaning services unless you request it yourself (my experience with them was only 48 hours)
