Pésimo servicio porque cada vez que salía tenía que ir a caminando a la Oficina a la tarjeta cada vez que salía no había

No no me gustó porque todo cambiaron cambiaron precio cambiaron días cambiaron y se hizo lo que quiso yo hice reservación para dos noches y él digo dos noches y me pidió información de mi tarjeta como se la doy a siempre que voy a un hotel pasan la tarjeta te cobran te dan tu recibo y te dicen aquí está esto es lo que se le va a cobrar y aquí está el papel firme nada de eso el el el precio lo cambió las llaves de las puertas cada vez que tenía que entrar no funcionaban en las camas estaban sucias las cobijas estaban manchadas no tenía seguridad la puerta el baño estaba todo chueco no no tenía taza de bote para tirar basura en el baño la tina toda manchada el piso estaba sucio nada más que yo siempre cargo mis cobijas y todavía no me dio ningún recibo y me cobró $30 que de depósito está bien se los dejé porque sabía que no iba a haber problema y ahora resulta de qué no me lo va a regresar que porque se fumó digo ahí nadie fumo no no te lo voy a dar porque fumas porque fumaron no fumo nadie si él me vio y me puede comprobar que me lo compruebe pero no es cierto o sea quiere los $30 que se quede con los $30 pero no se va a quedar con ellos porque yo también voy a poner una queja porque también se me por culpa de él mi carro se me quedaron las luces de emergencia prendidas porque tenía que pararme cada vez que salía a que me diera una tarjeta para poder entrar y tuve que llamar a mi aseguranza para que me fueran a checar mi carro y me cobraron $95 y todavía se burla y se ríe el de uno si saber de qué nosotros los clientes somos los que los tenemos ahí viviendo y teniendo con qué trabajo ellos

Quiet property, I think under new management

It was relatively quiet even for being so close to the highway.

The toilet seat is broken, and they charged quite a bit for pets.

Place should close down

False breakfast advertisement. All types of hairs on bed sheets. Dead skin on sheets also. Rouches on the wall.

Lost item at hotel and had to call police

I left something of value in the room and called immediately the next day once I realized it was missing and of course the staff said they didn't have it. Had to call the police and do a police report.

Roomy & spacious rooms.

Lots of smokers outside all times of day & night. Loud.

Checked in at 3:30am, asked for late check out because it costs us $100 on a weekend night and they said latest was 11:30…. maid opens our door without knocking, we tell her we’re naked, she refuses to close the door yelling check out at 11; we tell her we are naked, close the door, and we were told 11:30; she argues then leaves and leaves the door open; spoke with the manager, he was also rude and unapologetic. Very poorly managed. rooms are decent. fairly clean and ac works good; and the location was good.

The management took my deposit when I checked out at 1110 am told me its his property so he makes the rules the place is not good environment for children has a major prostitution and drug problem booking should really check out some of the hotels ithelps rent
