Reconsider going out further

Location good for our purposes but issues are enough to drive out 5 miles for any alternative.

No elevator and stairs at extreme pitch. Very noisy folks lodging there and slow response from staff. You only talk to them by messaging.

A good place to sleep.

Simple and easy room. There is a code entry so you don't need to take a key with you everywhere. Good sized room with a fridge and microwave.

The shower was very slippery, we had to put a towel down so we didn't fall. The floor was a bit dirty, it felt like dirt and crumbs all over the floor. And the blankets a very thin.

Excellent location, great short stay

Excellent location, simple yet comfortable stay, perfect for a short 2 nights. It was clean and peaceful. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend it and would stay here again.

It had a faint smell that was from being too closed, the next day it seemed to have lessened. Perhaps some natural air fresheners would be helpful for that initial walk in smell.

Highly recommend. These folks deserve the highest of accolades.

The location was excellent. Walking distance to restaurants, parks and trails. Staff was always cordial & accommodating.

Room was clean. Everything worked.

A lot of noise from street. Renovation work on a Saturday even though sign said Mon-Fri only. Noise from floor above was ridiculous. Not people in rooms fault. They might as well have been in my room the walking/shuffling across floor sounds were so loud. Here is a dumb issue. They provide shampoo in little tubes. You get in shower and when you go to use there is a foil piece over hole. It was impossible for me to pull off with wet hands. I had to get out of shower to find something to puncture it with.

Our Seven Night Stay

The staff were very pleasant and willing to help whenever we asked. We would be happy to stay here again.

We were led to believe that we had the OPTION to move to a different room after the first night. Five of us in the group understood that this was the case. In reality our room with two beds in was required for another booking. This was not clear until the following morning when we were told that we needed to move. We had put everything in its place for staying for six more nights so this was very inconvenient.

great value and wonderful staff

clean, and staff is great. it’s centrally located and easy to get into and out of. it’s our go-to spot now. Second stay with them in 6 months. more renovations happening too. it’s a great value for the money.

Location great, bed comfortable, room clean and nicely redone. Keep up the good work you're doing on this property! Close walking distance to restaurants, etc.

The fact that there is no one at the front desk and no access to the lobby until late morning is a problem. If you're going to require the key be returned at checkout, please at least install a key drop box! Also, we were told if we needed towels, etc, to bring our used ones to the lobby and they would give us new ones. We did this, but we're only given 1 bath towel for 2 adults! Additionally, once we had to use some heat the air unit rattled and made it impossible to sleep!

Grateful to have had the location on Christmas Eve, but the facility was lacking for the price.

no amenities, no breakfast, no soap in room. It looked as though there were recent updates to the rooms, but poorly executed.

It was a relaxing and restful stay.

My stay at the hotel was exceptional. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The highlight is mattress. It was so comfortable! I highly recommend a stay here. I found it to be very relaxing.

Adding a fold-out stand for luggage would be nice, there may have been one the closet.. Also adding a second film over the window to block the hallway light from outside view would be a nice addition.
