Jacksonville Beach is a coastal resort city in Duval County, Florida, United States. It was incorporated on May 22, 1907, as Pablo Beach, and would later change its name to Jacksonville Beach in 1925. The city is part of group of communities collectively referred to as the Jacksonville Beaches.

Access to the whole house.

Sleeps eight. Full Kitchen (fridge w/freezer, microwave, dishes, silverware, and coffee maker), towels, sheets, etc. Wifi is included with flat-screen TV. Some of the amenities we have include:

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★

Heath, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.

We charge a pet fee of $100 per reservation for 2 pets maximum.

*If you neglect to inform us ahead of time that you are bringing a pet with you than we reserve the right to either TERMINATE your stay early or charge an additional $100 on top of the original pet fee.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):

1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200

These fees are primarily in place to highly discourage late checkouts/early arrivals since this causes our cleaning service undue stress to prep the unit prior to your or the next set of guest’s arrival. This also increases the need for them to rush/cut corners, increasing the likelihood of them not cleaning the unit to the high standard which we hold them to.

REFUND DISCLAIMER:
Please note that if a refund is issued for your booking, the processing fee of 3.9% will not be refunded. The refunded amount will be the total paid minus the 3.9% processing fee per Stripe’s return policy. This applies to direct bookings and bookings made through select booking channels. Thank you for your understanding.

● No cats allowed.
● No garage access. For liability reasons, per our insurance we must keep the garage doors closed. Why you may ask? In the past year we have had garage doors ran into, hit by trucks, fall off the tracks, and even our garage door motor knocked off the ceiling by a vehicle. Each time is generally a $1500+ fix.
● You must be 21 years of age or older to book a reservation, and an individual who is 21 years of age or older must be present throughout the duration of the reservation.
● Please no eating or drinking in the bedrooms (closed water bottles are an exception). Additional cleaning fees to remove food/drink stains will apply.
● This is a smoke-free property. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 fine to cover additional cleaning costs.
● Pick up all trash before departing. Place all garbage in an outside trash can.
● Please wash all dishes. If the dishwasher was used, please run and unload the dishwasher prior to
departure.
● Do not open the windows. This is due to the extra security measures we have installed.
●Do not overload the washer/dryer. Do not wash sandy beach items or towels in the units. Empty the dryer lint trap after EVERY USE. Additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use.
● The storage room is to remain closed at all times.
● Consumables such as condiments or snacks may be left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests’
discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility
for the consumables.
● Please do not rearrange the furniture.
● If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or
maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate
event that neighbors are disturbed, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY
IMMEDIATELY.
● NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITY OR GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY

Nice home in good neighborhood that is close to Jax Beach. Home is exactly as shown in pictures. Very clean throughout and comfortable beds. Previous posts had stated that the outside was in need of attention, but don't let these comments deter you from picking this property. Outside is fine. Pool is well kept. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very spacious place. Clean and modern. I’d say just match the outside to the inside and it would be top notch. The outside just needs a little TLC. This comment should not take away of how great this place was for our group. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great vacation property with fantastic pool. House looks just like photos with everything we needed. Easy check in. Host checked in with to see if we had any concerns Close to beach (biking distance) with many good restaurants nearby. Would recommend Dockside Seafood Restaurant and Taco Lu. Area is very dog friendly. Took our dog to the beach a few times (during the Summer beaches are dog friendly morning and late afternoon.) Nearby cemetery is good for shady walks as well. Overall a great stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this property! Just as pictured but even nicer in person with plenty of room for everyone and we really enjoyed the pool. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation and will definitely stay here again,

We stayed at this home for a soccer tournament for my son and it was perfect!! Place was so beautifully decorated, clean, heat and air worked well! Felt safe! So close to the beach and local restaurants!

This was the absolute cleanest, nicest, well appointed rental I've stayed in. We wanted a low key Bachelorette party for 5 of us and this was perfect!

This house did not disappoint! The pictures do not do it justice! The house was very clean, inviting, and comfortable for our family. While the interior of the house was amazing and inviting, our favorite part was the backyard/pool area. The lanai and separate tiki porch gave us a ton of options for outdoor living when we weren't in the pool. My sons loved the hammock and swing chairs provided! The pool was very clean and my youngest son had a blast with pink flamingo raft. We will definitely be looking for a time when we can rent this house again for a longer stay (our schedules could only handle a quick weekend trip this time).
