Very very bad. We won't be booking via booking.com

Our stay was canceled while we were enroute to Goa. Some 18hrs before check-in. It was a traumatic experience. We won't be booking via booking.com

Namaka the best place to stay in morjim

The resort was really good, Mr. Arshad and the staff were really good , it felt like home, Aamir and aaksh are a really nice with a smile on their face, I will miss the place the time and mostly the cheese omelette and Paratha made by the chief. The resort is near the beach only, moreover you'll get to see a really amazing sea view as well from the terrace of the resort. I will definitely visit and stay at this property the next time I visit Goa.

Great staff, friendly and happy to help with anything. Lovely (deluxe) room with a huge balcony, lots of natural light and tasteful decor. Everything was working well and functioning as it should. Really handy to have a fridge and a desk space to work at. I particularly appreciated how quiet the place is, despite being so centrally located. Thanks!

Exceptional

The hospitality was great, and the food was amazing too. The staff catered to all our needs. The property is located near Ashwem Beach, which is very serene and peaceful. The property had 2 dogs, Yoda and Yuki, 10/10 cuties.

A place to unwind

Cheaper resort style option. Close to the beach, clean spacious rooms and big bathroom. A bit pricey but cheap for the area. Would stay again!

Immense potential, poor execution

The location is great, the view from the balcony is fabulous, and the room was really spacious. They also got us a kettle in the room for morning coffee, which was appreciated. But unfortunately the buck stops there :-(

Hesitated writing this review, and doing it only coz the place has sooo much potential, which has been squandered. Although the room we stayed in was massive and nicely designed, poor quality fittings and fixtures, and lack of a few others takes things away from what the experience could have been. Also wish the room was cleaned properly before we were checked in. Had a terrible first night with music blasting from one of the rooms at 4 am:-( yet, one would have overlooked some of these issues if the staff were warm, and not so disinterested. The whole experience could have been so much better, it is unfortunate to have to write this

the bathroom was dirty as well as the bed linen. Non of the rooms have a balcony, even if they claim that. It is a loft corridor without possibility to sit. A lot of Russians stay at Namaka.

Absolutely brilliant value for money, super bed, great WiFi, lovely staff

10/10 for value for money, comfort. Arshad and his team provide excellent service and communication, and have made the best of these rooms. I stayed on level 2 and had wonderful light in the room. It was good to have a large fridge in the room, huge windows and wide double doors allowing air flow and light as they all opened fully wide if you want. A very comfortable bed. Linen was excellent. WiFi was superb, so strong I was able to video conference with it. Very close walk to the beach and shops and services right on your doorstep. My rating of 10/10 is based on the absolutely brilliant value for money, the excellent room and management & staff. Given how great value this place is, you won't find anywhere close to the excellence and cleanliness of Namaka for less than double the price. NOTE for people new to India: sometimes the hot water was lukewarm but it's not really a problem in this hot place. The bathroom could be cleaner by Western standards, but this was pretty clean by local standards. Room was very clean. Bed, fridge, floors were very clean.

Pleasant

The location is very nice. It is right next to the beach. The staff was always available and hospitable. The room was large and spacious. It has a big balcony area which was nice.

The Bathroom was not very clean. The necessary Toiletries like Toilet paper was missing Though it was immediately given when asked. There was no hot water available which was very annoying.

Excellent Value for Money

1. Very reasonable room tariff - great for a quick solo getaway to Goa or even long stays. 2. Large room with comfortable bed and all necessary fixtures, including a fridge and a smart TV on which you can watch Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. by logging into your account - don't forget to log out before check-out though. 3. Helpful and cooperative staff. 4. Five minutes walk from the beach - quiet, laid-back neighborhood with plenty of restaurants and grocery stores around. 5. Decent breakfast options. 6. Small but sufficient parking. 7. Overall, good value for money.

- Breakfast starts a bit late (9AM), but then I noticed the entire neighborhood starts late in the morning. - Bathrooms need a bit of maintenance - the spray holder in mine had come loose and on my last day, the flush tank wasn't filling up although water was available in the shower and taps. - Fridge seemed a bit old and wasn't cooling too well. - Parking was a bit cramped - there were just 1-2 cars during my stay so it was okay, but no idea how they handle 3-4 or more cars at a time during peak season.

Room was fine with ac and hot water.view from terrace at night is really nice.

Cupboards were dirty and bathroom could be tremendously improved. Towels weren't as clean and there were no door mats
