Disappointing experience- stay away!!!
While the owner of the property lives outside the country the local manager showed no interest in any concerns we shared during our stay. After arriving at the unfinished property we were asked to make the payment in cash and they refused to provide a receipt of payment or any other assistance during the stay. There was no reception service or cleaning of the rooms provided, and when we asked them to clean our room we were told that the staff was busy elsewhere. When we asked for a partial refund as the property was not operating as advertised, we were told this is not an option and if we are not happy we can contact booking.com and complain. We have been in Bali traveling around and staying at various beautiful places with kind staff and guesthouse owners who went out of their way to show Balinese hospitality and excellent service. Luckily BaliWOW bungalows the only disappointing experience starting from misleading pictures online to ignorance and indifference of customer’s needs. The place is highly overpriced and poorly run. Stay away and find another place to enjoy your stay on this beautiful island.

Everything is very new and clean, in a quit cozy place. Stefan and Mariana are amazing hosts, helping everywhere they can. we felt really comfortable and would choose it again.
