nice room comfy bed nice location loud workers

bed very comfortable the temperature was hard to regulate it was either hot or cold could get it just right very nice location and nice food below

ok so absolutely the worst was the cleaning ladies talking at full volumes at the crack of dawn and also have walking talkies turned all the way up and people yelling over them and talking all morning it was the most annoying thing being woken up by that both mornings during my stay I would not stay there again because of this

Nothing they cancel my reservation saying that I had to check in by 3pm I showed bup at 5:30pm and they already cancel my reservation and gave my room to another customer .

The room service. Clean sheets and clean towels were not used. The cleaning service people basically rerolled our old towels.

I have mixed feelings

It was clean and i loved the top of the hotel restaurant and i loved the big television and comfortable bed. And hot shower.I did like the front desk and the staff.And i did like they had an elevator.

I didn't like the music playing loudly all night until the morning.I didn't like they didn't have heat. and they didn't supply extra blankets because it was very cool in the room. And i didn't like that they charge me for using the television for Roku channels.. I didn't like the area it was located in.

Relaxing

Extraordinary little hidden place/ loved the fact that we found it. The 1st time our kids were with my husband and I and it was a great experience and we all had a great time on the roof top terrace and this trip my husband and I decided to come again!!!

Roof top terrace didn’t facilitate the roof top terrace as smoking grounds anymore due to the new passed Mexican law

good for an overnight in Tijuana

easy to book

the room was very noisy. people making a noise inside the building and outside during the night.?there was a nightclub nearby and at 4am it sounded as if it was coming from my bathroom.

Great hidden Gem

Everything was great I think top hotel for Mexico so far only small issue is u can hear the restaurant downstairs when it’s open for business which wasn’t bad cause I was up watching tv but if you were hungover either you sleep thru it or u start your day at the restaurant who’s food look great .
