About this house rental

Come enjoy the sanctity of this beautiful, newly remodeled home! This home features five bedrooms and four bathrooms and can sleep 10 guests!! The open concept allows ease of access from point of entry throughout the entire home. Boasting two security cameras at the front and rear entrance, gives peace of mind while staying with us. Very spacious, beautifully decorated and ready for you! The home is just minutes from Downtown Indianapolis as well as Fountain Square!
Be a good neighbor: Please be respectful of our neighbors and community and keep noise to a minimum.
No Open Flames or Candles Indoors: Safety is always top priority. Please do not burn candles or have any open flames inside the home.
No shoes on the second floor: Please take your shoes off before proceeding to the second floor.
No parties or events without prior approval and event fee payment. We have zero tolerance party policy. We ask that you respect and follow this house rule. We reserve the right to terminate the booking early and/or retain the security deposit if this rule is broken.
No smoking allowed: For the health and safety of our guests and our home, we have a strict no smoking policy.
Basement: The basement is not intended for guest use.
Trash night Mondays: Trash pickup is on Tuesday mornings. Please be sure to place the trash bin (s) at the curb on Monday evenings. Other: Please alert us immediately if anything breaks or if there is any accidental damage during your stay.

This beautiful home was tastefully and minimally decorated. We appreciated the decor and lack of tchotchkes because of the small children we were bringing. Everything that we needed for our stay was here. The kitchen was perfect! There were plenty of dishes and glasses for our large party. There was dish soap and a few simple offerings like salt, pepper and cooking spray. There was a 4 cup coffee pot and a pod coffee maker present. There was a nice laundry room that had an iron and ironing board as well as some laundry soap. Each of the bedrooms were simply appointed and well thought out. Our bed was comfortable as were the other guests. One guest did complain that her room was very hot even though we had turned down the heat. Each room had a rather large closet and a dresser for longer stays. The bathrooms were beautiful and updated with high end touches. The soaking tubs were amazing! The neighborhood was quiet. Even though we were here on a weekend, we weren’t bothered with traffic or noise. As a nice touch, the owner had a few brochures of local activities in the area which we found helpful. The owner was also quick to respond to any questions we had. This place was centrally located to all things downtown. Definitely five star for us!!

This property was perfect for our large group of friends. Great location close to downtown. There was plenty of space and we loved the bathrooms. The master suite was phenomenal and everything worked well. We didn't have any issues and we’d definitely stay again the next time we’re in Indy.

We arrived to a 56 degree unit. Brrr. Indiana winters can be brutal and the house temperature should have been warm and welcoming throughout the house. It was listed as a four bath home, but one toilet was taped shut and did not work at all. It was unacceptable. There was no consistent temperature throughout the house. Different rooms varied up to almost 10 degree differences. Parts of the home were very nice.
