About this house rental

5 minutes to Windrock with plenty of parking for a trailers. You can drop & ride directly to Windrock 10 minutes to Oak Ridge. 3 minutes to grocery store. 40 mins to Pigeon Forge. Our house offers a great outdoor deck for Entertaining. For a little house , it offers a Spacious living room, dining room along with a washer and dryer! Quite safe neighborhood.

If you are mountain biking - we have secured basement storage for bikes.

Back yard parking for extra truck & trailers . Double parking in the gravel & concrete pad.
Street parking available across the street from the power pole all the way in front of the church.

This was the perfect location for an event we were attending in the area. Beds were comfy, and we loved the fans in the bedrooms.The kitchen had everything we needed and then some. We loved the peace and quiet, and we enjoyed watching the fireflies from the back deck.

Could not ask for a better place to stay during our visit to winrock, we. Enjoyed it. It was the perfect size for us and love the history about the house and how it ended up there. My son and I travelled to Oliver Springs to visit my daughter, who gave birth to my first grandson two weeks ago. We very much enjoyed staying at the Little House! The small size makes the home feel very cozy, but it's plenty large to accommodate several people. My son and I each had our own bedroom, which was great. We shared the bathroom, which wasn't an issue. Oliver Springs is a quaint little town with lots of charm, and the Little House is located very near the town center, convenient to both Oliver Springs and Oak Ridge. We had a great stay!

This was the perfect place for my son and I trip to Windrock Park. The house is so clean and welcoming as soon as you walk in. There were some goodies and coffee left to enjoy. Love the couch. There was parking for our truck and trailer. The owner is very communicative and recommended a great place to eat after a long day of riding. We will stay here again. Highly recommend this place. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place for the night.

I’ve stayed at this home twice now and would book it again! The home is very clean, cozy and just 10 minutes from Windrock park. The host does a great job in decorating and adding special touches that makes the stay that much better. Definitely recommend staying there!

Honestly Brooke was the best! She was super accommodating and left us a handwritten note upon arrival. Let us come by early to drop our trailer off to get our truck looked at as it had a bad vibration. She made sure to check in to make sure we didn’t need anything. 10/10 experience and will be the first option when we come back down! Highly recommend!

My husband daughter friend and I stayed for 4 days 3 nights for an event at WindRock. This little house was conveniently located to just about everything including a 5 min drive to the park. The beds were so comfy that sleep came easy. We enjoyed cooking our meals in the stocked kitchen and enjoyed them on the back deck while listening to the sounds of nature. No hustle and bustle of cars and noise. It was nothing but lovely and charming. Hope to stay here again

Great get away for family to stay. We had issues with the parking. Our trailer was too long. We had some worries the first day about getting out of the yard without causing damages. We got it though!!! The home was cozy, well taken care of, she is very hospitable, the house decor is very cute!! The tv and internet was perfect. We stayed in the house the first day cause of the rain, she had plenty of entertainment for the family and movies for the day! Thank you so much for helping us feel at home in your home. We recommend for a great weekend trip.

This is an amazing little house! Super comfortable and convenient to Windrock Park and town! Brooke took time and paid attention to many small details making our stay comfortable! She also listened to feedback regarding a needed kitchen item and got it! We will DEFINITELY stay again!!! We had a fierce checkers tournament too ... games are under the TV.

This was a cute little house that was clean and very well decorated that made me feel very comfy and homelike! It had many items that were available to use that wasn’t even listed that made it very nice! A few times I needed to reach out to the owner and she was always very prompt in getting back with me and very nice! I would have given all 5 stars but we did have a little difficulty parking our trucks and trailers. There was plenty of parking like it said but just was l little difficult maneuvering the trailers. We stayed here because we were riding at Windrock off-road park which was only about 10 min. away. Definitely recommend this place!

We loved the history of the cabin and your excitement to share it with the world. The cabin was cozy and had all the essential amenities. The only issue we had was with the shower. I understand space is a problem but It was very difficult to keep the shower curtain from sticking to you since the wasn't much room to move around. Maybe an accordion shower door would work better and prevent the water from getting all over the floor. But overall definitely a pleasant stay and would come back again. Thank you!

We stayed here for a visit to Winrock park and the house met our needs. Communication was excellent. Parking our trailers was a little tricky but manageable. Very quiet neighborhood.
