IN THE HEART OF DOWNTOWN LAKE GENEVA

Within a couple blocks to everything!!
The Lake, Beach, Shorepath, Parks, Boat Launch, Boat ramp; Kayak Rental, Downtown Shopping, Restaurant & Bars.
There is no need to drive or worry about parking. All a short walking distance away!!

Built in 1885, the Victorian manor has been newly updated, and remodeled to offer convenience and aesthetics
while keeping the beauty and grandeur of its glory of yesteryear. The home
can easily accommodate small and large groups and has ample off-street
parking. Coded-key entrance and close proximity of the
homeowners ensure a safe, issue-free stay and peace of mind.
Beauty inside & out

Moore Manor offers 5 bedrooms, 3 full, en suite baths, a
suite-adjacent bath and 3 additional half-baths. The home can sleep 17+
and has plenty of space for large parties or events - or smaller groups who
just like room to roam. It has plenty of outlets and high-speed internet/wifi
throughout, and down-time - if you have it - can be spent watching one of
the many smart televisions throughout the home. But there’s plenty of
space for quiet time, unhooking and unwinding too - including a near
home-length welcoming parlor with a view of the downtown area and
glimpses of the lake. You might even want to play detective and do a little
research on the rich history of the manor.

Up one of two staircases, the second floor is dedicated to guest suites -
one of which has a completely remodeled en suite bathroom with walk-in
shower and double vanity, and a newly added third-floor common area with
lounge and half-bath.

On the main floor, or “hub” of the home, is where guests will enjoy a
streamlined cherry-wood kitchen stocked with cooking and dining
essentials, and a large adjacent dining area that seats 10. French doors will
lead you to a large, furnished seasonal screened-in porch perfect for
morning coffee or afternoon barbecues. It’s also perfect for wet towels and
sandy swimsuits after a day at the beach located just a block away. Dual
doors will take you to the part-sun, part-shade backyard where you may be
visited by friendly local wildlife, including cardinals and deer.

Back inside on the main floor, nearly 10’ high ceilings crown a large
family/tv room - complete with a wood-burning fireplace and a grand formal
dining room that offers a massive “king’s” table big enough to comfortably
accommodate 12 people. Off to the side is a half-bath and laundry room.
Across the way, through a large, vaulted foyer - where you’ll see the
manor’s regal, French-door main entry, and welcoming parlor - is a master
bedroom with en suite bath.
Breathtaking vintage furniture, decor, and crystal chandeliers can be seen
throughout the manor.

away guests will find the beach adventures and views, shopping and dining
opportunities and access to the many tours and experiences that make
Lake Geneva, the most well-known travel destination in Southeast
Wisconsin.

The Geneva Lake Shore Path - a 23-mile walk around the lake - and boat
tour access is within walking distance. And whether you’re looking for water
attractions and tourist hotspots, such as [ a free tour of] the Jelly Belly jelly
bean distribution center, its world-class gardens and golf courses, or Yerkes
Observatory - home of the world’s largest telescope - or just a little R&R,
Lake Geneva is the place to play, and Moore Manor is the place to stay.

Our family stayed at Moore Manor for my son’s wedding weekend. The house was amazing and is an easy walk to everything. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for everyone. The home has all the amenities you could need. We enjoyed the lovely screened porch and gathered around the fire pit in the private back yard. Plenty of parking. Host Maureen was very responsive and gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful, very clean, and in an amazing location, 1 block from lake, 3-4 blocks from beach and town. The bedrooms held our 15 people very well with bedrooms for families and couples. Stocked kitchen, large dining table and great screened porch. Only downside is though many washrooms, only 2 with showers, surprising. Air conditioning, wifi all worked great. 2 weber grills (not gas). Games for kids. Host responded fast and very accommodating. Easy check in and out. Recommend!

Enchanting home! It has such wonderful historic charm with tasteful modern touches. You can get lost in the plentiful gathering spaces throughout the home. There were 5 adults and 4 teens (3 generations) staying and sleeping quarters were perfect for our families. We were visiting beautiful Lake Geneva for my niece’s wedding and Maureen’s house was just an easy walk to so many great shops and restaurants. We look forward to coming back again to enjoy the home and the area - great three season porch and back yard too. Maureen was a wonderful hostess - even leaving delicious cookies to greet us upon arrival. She also graciously worked with us to retrieve a forgotten item. If we could offer 6 stars, Maureen would have them. We have already recommended Maureen’s home to another family member who will be visiting soon.

This house was perfect for a group of 15 people. There was more than enough room and beds for everyone that came to stay. The location made it very easy to walk everywhere downtown. Maureen was an amazing host and made sure the house was spotless when we checked in, and made for the easiest check out I've ever experienced!

We had a wonderful weekend at this gem of a house. The house has an old world flair with all the modern conveniences. We had 8 adults and 4 preschoolers/toddlers and had plenty of room. I loved that there was a large kitchen table where we could all eat together. We were able to walk to the beach, downtown and the playground down the street, and also enjoyed spending a lot of time on the screened-in porch. Maureen was a terrific host, offering to get an extra highchair and portable crib for us, and quickly responding to questions both before and during our stay. She even let us set up a kiddie pool in the yard! The house was extremely clean and she provided plenty of beach towels. One thing to note: the kitchen is well-equipped, but small. We cooked all our own meals, and the space was a little tight. But otherwise the house was great - highly recommend!

Our entire family enjoyed the long weekend we spent at this property. Plenty of room for our three adult children and their spouses, plus our 4 grandchildren. All necessaries are available at the house. Kids loved the playing in the sunporch every morning. Distance to the beach, city park and downtown are a big plus with the little ones.

Honestly, this is one of the nicest houses we have stayed in. It accommodated our family of 4 adults & 2 children so comfortably. This older Victorian house is in perfect shape & very well maintained. The location is perfect & we were able to walk to the beach & downtown Lake Geneva. Everything from checkin to departure was easy! The home is beautiful and Maureen was kind and generous. She even bought extra chairs for our large group! I knew I could count on a quick response when i had a question and a “can do” attitude to make our stay extremely enjoyable. Definitely will come back next year if available!!!
