About the property:
Perfectly located by one of the most sought after holiday landmarks, this beautiful studio is perfect for a weekend gateaway or a one night stay.
Completely separate from the main dwelling, the property has its own entry and it is fully self contained. But you won’t want to spend too much time indoors, with expansive Paul John Reserve, Sandon Point Beach and tidal rockpools right on your doorstep.
An ideal stop over when your attend a wedding or visiting family or friends, yet providing a relaxing break by the beach.
Location:
Sandon Point with its Surf Life Saving Club is known as one of the best places to surf in the area.
The 13km Bike track that is a walking, jogging and bicycle track runs from Wollongong to Thirroul, follow the coastline with magnificent views of the beautiful beaches and the Pacific Ocean. You can stop for a coffee at one of the great cafes located in Bulli.
You can stock up on your provisions at Woolworths in Bulli, as well as visit fabulous street cafes and specialty shops and aboutiques.
Bulli Foragers Market is open every Sunday 9-2 and is a great place to visit, offering great atmosphere, fabulous food, music and loads of stalls to browse.

Conditions of Occupation:
Quiet hours for outside noise from 10pm – 8am. There is plenty of room to socialise inside.
To maintain a high standard for tenants the following conditions of occupation apply:
(a) Use of premises – the premises are let for holiday purposes only and for the period stated on the receipt.
(b) Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
(c) Number of guests should NOT exceed the number stated in the Confirmation Notice unless subsequently agreed in writing or email. Additional fees will apply for excess guests not agreed with the Owner in advance and these will be deducted from the bond.
(d) Parties and Functions are strictly prohibited. The premises are located in the residential area of Thirroul and have a strict no party policy. NO weddings, parties or large gatherings are permitted.
(e) Noise – Noise to be kept to a minimum. With NO outside noise from 10pm. In the event of noise complaints which result in Holiday Letting Organisation or Police call out, or should a noise order be issued, the Owner reserves the right to immediately evict the Tenant and retain the whole of the bond.
(f) Damage, Breakages, Theft and Loss – the Tenant is responsible for the tenant’s personal property. The cost of repair or replacement of any item in the premises or the premises itself due to damage and/or breakages will be deducted from the bond and may include additional charges.
(g) No pets are allowed under any circumstances.

Great location for a a quick get away, however we were disappointed with cleanliness and feel it was a little overpriced for what you're paying for. The property manager was a great help in helping us check in when the keypass failed upon checkin and needed to be reset (these things happen).

Seacliff is located right near the beach, with beautiful walks nearby. The room is small but neat and tidy, with easy access and perfect for a quiet getaway.

Beautifully located property within walking distance of all major amenities. 100m from the beach with spectacular views right on your back doorstep for a relaxing start and end to the day.

Stunning location across the reserve from a beautiful beach at a very pretty headland. This accommodation is clean and tidy when you arrive however it is similar size to a hotel room. It offers a kitchen sink fridge toaster and microwave even a washing machine but there is no where to put your luggage or to unpack to. So you really wouldn't stay more than the weekend.

The location of the property was spectacular, close to the ocean and a lovely footy path that ran along the Bulli water's edge. However, we had issues with the upstairs guests generally walking around being extremely loud. constantly hearing toilet flushing isn't exactly idea. With so many guests upstairs, the internet was inaccessible leaving us needing to connect/use our own internet to use the television. the space was very small, with multiple dishes and utensils being left dirty, and with no dishwashing liquid provided we were unable to clean the dishes to use them.
overall, for the price we were not very happy with the overall stay, feeling as though we couldn't relax or have quiet down time.

The room was bright and clean, tv unable to be used no aerial point and remote missing unaware until at property. The convenience of the location is fantastic. A suggestion has been given to property manager re power points as limited space to charge phones and use an iron if required with only one PowerPoint in kitchen area. Great for a weekend stay.
