About this house rental

Lake Harmony is a premier year round vacation destination in the heart of the Poconos and the areas only gas powered lake offering waterskiing, wakeboarding, and tubing. Our home is walking distance to lakeside activities (kayaks, tubing, paddle boats, and The Sand Bar), Split Rock resort (waterpark, arcade, bowling, dining), and The HUB (café, market, pub, indoor golf simulator). You will be just a short drive away from Lake Harmony Watersports (wakeboarding, water skiing - lessons available, kayaks, tubing), Jack Frost and Big Boulder Ski resorts, restaurants, championship golf, water parks, whitewater rafting, paintball, zip lines, vineyards, hike/bike trails, Jim Thorpe, and much more.

- KITCHEN, fully stocked including a counter top ice machine, blender, toaster, airfryer, and both Keurig (K cups provided) and drip coffee makers. Counter seating for 2
- DINING ROOM with seating for 8, sliding doors lead to the backyard deck
- BACKYARD has both propane and charcoal grills, a firepit area (wood provided), picnic tables, play house, and outdoor games to enjoy

SECOND FLOOR

- BEDROOM (1) has a KING bed and private bath with a tub / shower combo
- BEDROOM (2) has a QUEEN bed and a shared balcony
- BEDROOM (3) has a QUEEN bed and a shared balcony
- FULL BATH with tub / shower combo
** Each second floor bedroom has a smart 43 inch ROKU Tv

Home is cooled by CENTRAL AIR.
Home is heated by baseboard heat, each room has it's own thermostat.

Feel comfortable working from “home” with our extremely fast WiFi capable of handling all of your devices.

No need to worry about logging out of Netflix, Disney, etc... Our Roku Smart TVs will take care of that for you upon check out.

There are 2 pack n plays, an umbrella stroller, and a two seat red radio flyer wagon available. We have an Amazon Echo for music, and books, puzzles, and games for your enjoyment.

The entire home, yard, and shed is yours during your stay with the exception of 2 hall closets.

Our home is located in a wooded area not far from the lake. You may encounter wildlife near the house including small animals, deer, and the occasional bear. This also means insects may be present. We have great cleaners and have pest control treat the property regularly but you may still encounter a random insect in or around the house especially during the spring season when the weather warms up.

*Winter Weather*
The Poconos is a ski destination so we do get a lot of snow, all wheel drive is recommended. We do offer plow service for snow over 2 inches but timing is dependent on our contractors schedule/availability- shovels and salt are provided. Please plan accordingly.

House was great! Super clean and plenty of room for 9 of us. Would fit 10 comfortably. Location was great as well. The hosts provided all of the everyday essentials. Kitchen was stocked. Plenty of towels and blankets. Cleaning supplies. Loved that k cups and a welcome basket was provided! Kids loved the store basket. Would definitely stay again.

Our whole stay was absolutely wonderful. The property was very nice and clean. The hosts attention to detail was amazing. We really appreciated their thoughtfulness especially with the welcome basket full of snacks and wine. The house was supplied with everything we needed for our stay. I would definitely come back again. Everyone was pleased and comfortable. This place felt like home.

The house was awesome! Our only regret was that we couldnt enjoy the home and surrounding area more due to wedding activities. Thank you so much for the thoughtful hospitality basket! We enjoyed the wildlife and will definitely stay again when in the area!!

This house is a beauty! Tons of living space and comfortable, clean bedrooms and bathrooms. We had such a good time hanging out on the front patio and in the back on the porch and by the fire pit. My kids had more than enough space outside to play ball and run around. The wildlife that passed on or near the property was a sight to behold! The owner was extremely responsive and did whatever it took to make sure we were right at home. This place strongly deserves its five star rating!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were 8 adults (ranging from 30's to 60's) and a 5 year old and the house was large enough to spread out when we wanted to. We always appreciate a dining table that is large enough for everyone and this one did not disappoint. It accommodated 8 and we squeezed in the 9th with no problem. The house was super clean when we arrived which is always appreciated. Communication with the owners was always timely - both before and during our stay. No regrets here!

The property was absolutely pristine! Super clean, well stocked with pretty much anything you may need on your vacation and then some. The welcome and s’mores baskets were a nice touch. The books and indoor and outdoor games were nice for all ages. We were grateful for the pack and play for our toddler and the bunk room for the littles - super fun! We didn’t plan to have to do laundry, but it was nice that there were some tide pods available as we needed to throw a few loads in. My husband appreciated the mud area for his fishing gear. The hammock and fire pit were fan favorites! Super close to the lake and walkable distance to places to catch a bite to eat. We really enjoyed our stay and would very highly recommend this property!
