But wait, there's more! Our rental includes a generous basement with two additional beds, ideal for accommodating larger groups or families. The basement also houses entertaining games like air hockey, a pool table, and an arcade cabinet with 300 classic games, along with extra living space for your enjoyment. For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available in the basement.

Our outdoor area is a haven for relaxation and creating cherished memories with your dear ones, complete with a propane grill and a cozy fire pit.

Inside, you'll discover three comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms: a king bed in bedroom 1, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and a full bed in bedroom 3. To make your stay hassle-free, we provide a starter pack of essential items, regardless of your stay's duration. Here's what you'll find in the home:

- Kitchen essentials (pots, pans, utensils, dinnerware, cups/mugs/wine glasses, toaster, Keurig, salt, and pepper). We also include a limited supply of coffee pods to get you started.

We understand that you may have your own specific needs and preferences, so we've compiled a list of items you might want to bring or purchase during your stay. Please note that for health and sanitary reasons, we do not provide cooking spices or condiments. Here's what you'll need to supply:

- Laundry pods/detergent
- Groceries/Condiments/spices/coffee pods

- Local firewood (please refrain from bringing wood from outside the area)

We consider pets to be part of the family, which is why we happily welcome up to two dogs in our rental! There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100, a small price to pay to have your furry companions with you during your vacation.

To ensure the comfort of all guests, we kindly request that you clean up after your pets in the yard before checking out. Failure to do so will result in an additional charge of $50.
