Beautiful studio

I liked everything . So clean modern and comfortable. Michelle was nice and let us check in early. There was everything u needed. Plates cheese grater microwave fridge. Definitely recommend this place

Amazing stay in Margate

Beautiful place, amazing space and so homely and comfortable. Very easy for my mum who is part wheelchair bound but had ease of access with space. Everything was clean and tidy and only thing to buy was food. Everything else was provided. Michelle is really efficient in communicating, was able to answer all my questions so thank you Michelle for being amazing. Beach was not too far and had such fun for the duration of the stay. Will definitely be booking the same place when I next plan a trip to Margate 🫶

Superb

In general I liked everything. The room was very clean and in excellent condition we stayed only 1 night but it was very comfortable and had exactly what we need for a good night rest.

Hidden little gem and worth a stay, lovely set up with a lovely host.

The location is really good,very secluded, just a sort walk into the centre. the host is really friendly and so help full, more than willing to go the extra mile to help you out. Izzy the family pooch is a darling and a must to cuddle, for the non dog lovers out there then have no worry's as she is not allowed in the rentalls.

Great place to stay in Margate

Michelle was very communicative and helpful with all our enquiries. The cabin was very spacious and comfortable, plenty of amenities and overall was a great experience, very well recommended.

Pleasant place to stay for a night or two in Margate.

Very clean, quiet, comfy bed, spacious, secure, good location.

No hairdryer (I got caught in a heavy rain shower!). Shame there wasn't a hob. I like to make scrambled eggs for breakfast and it was a challenge doing it in the microwave (but I did manage it). The walls were a bit bare. It needs some seaside pictures.

Amazing

Location was great just off the seafront and it has its own locked compound where you entered through gate to apartment with a seating area outside apartment was modern and clean with tv Netflix and movie channels all included and a comfortable sofa and to top it off it had air conditioning absolutely lovely can’t wait to go there again

The fact I had to go home wish I could have stayed longer !

The accommodation was lovely perfect for what we needed. Nice and modern.

There was three of us and when we got back late at night there was no duvet for the person on the sofa bed.

Great bolt hole, close to the sea front, cute cafes 20 mins walk into Margate, super clean and comfy

Location, cleanliness, perfect for us although we were only there one night. Location was good although a good 15-20 minute walk from the station, we arrived at night after dark which is not the best time to negotiate a walk to a new place but that's no fault of the Gresham. Details provided for access were great. The remote control for the gates was a bit tricky - had to give the gate a helping push! Lovely and warm inside, spotlessly clean and basics provided. Folder provided on local places to eat etc was informative. Skinny Dip for breakfast = excellent! Very quiet at night - big bonus point.

The shower head! It leaked - also a foot mat in the bathroom for getting out of the shower - otherwise all good. We didn't have time to write this on the feedback form at the property (apologies for putting it here instead!)

great little property walkable from Margate centre. had everything we needed for a short stay. . they were very helpful and with great communication. I would happily stay again!

Nice stay and good property. Good place to stay for cyclists as has locable gate and bike racks.

Owners meet us there but also key collection was all clear anyway.

There is only one bathroom and no bath tub, only one shower. it would be nice to provide bath amenities.

Beautiful studio- very well equipped and super clean. Very easy to park- a decent bonus in that area..

Only thing I could say in a negative way is I found the gate entry a tad difficult/confusing- but probably my bad !

Super comfy… Super location … Super clean… and I’ll be back!!

The apartment was spotlessly clean, super easy check in procedure and great location.

The blinds don’t block the sunlight out that much in the morning so it woke us quite early but the bed was upper comfy so was happy to nod back off. If there were some curtains… I think I’d still be there now… fast asleep :)

Our stay at Gresham was outstanding. Everything was excellent. The apartment was EXCEPTIONALLY clean, there was not one spec of dust anywhere. I don't think we have ever stayed in a place this clean. The owners have done a fantastic job of creating such a wonderful place to to stay. As soon as you go through the main gate, you can feel privacy and calm in these very well maintained properties. We will never forget our stay here as it was perfect. We didn't want to leave. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. We recommend this as a great place to stay.

Host very polite and helpful 👍 🙂 😀 😊 👌 ☺️ My boys and I loved our Cabin. It was comfortable and very, very clean; and the air con was excellent 👌 for summer ☀️ time. Kitchen had everything we needed; tea and coffee supplies was a bonus too. The location is very close to beach and tourist attractions as well as all the groceries required. Close to Margate Train Station too and you can have a sight stroll to and fro back to Cabin location. I recommend.
