I will not go there again.

The hotel has a very nice location. Beautiful architecture.

It looks so NOT fresh. The room and the bathroom were quite dirty. The towels were horrible. Although they tell you that the breakfast is about 3 hours, you have to choose a certain hour, so like it or not, you might have to wake up very early in order to have breakfast. You will get a ticket!!!!

Wir würden nur wegen der tollen Lage wiederkommen.

Die Lage ist großartig mit guter Gastronomie im Umkreis. Wenn man das entsprechende Zimmer oben hat, gibt es einen tollen Blick aufs Wasser.

Qualität des Frühstücks hat sehr nachgelassen, war vor 2 Jahren vielseitiger. Sehr viel Lärm und Unruhe durch Reisegruppen. Unser Balkon war ohne Holzboden und Sitzgelegenheiten, beim Nachbar war es vorhanden.

Virkelig dejligt ophold - vi er meget tilfredse og vender helt sikkert tilbage !!

Meget venlig og professionel modtagelse i receptionen og der var fuldstændig styr på vores bestillinger. Velfungerende indretning i værelset, som var rent og lækkert og fedt med aircondition :) Morgenmaden var virkelig god - super godt brød, god kaffe - alt var bare så fint og meget velsmagende :) Dog lidt presset med kun 45 minutters siddetid.

I stora drag okej hotell men låter bättre än vad det är.

Bemötande från personalen var väldigt bra. Utsikten var väldigt spektakulär och fantastiskt.

Gemensamma ytor var slitna, som går att ordna med små medel.Ena hissen gick inte till vår våning så vi fick ta trappor med packningen. Poolen och bastun bör vara mer anpassad till antal gäster och utnyttja utsikten mer, då hade priset varit mer värt. Hade förväntat mig mer av det.

Nice hotel.

Ticket for wrong parking, eaven we asked hotel, payed and markt the car! Shape up Göteborg!! Noting vas incloded like sauna, swimmingpool, gym but full prize.... Far away from old town. Bad marked, difficult to find.

Stora rum, fräscht, nära till Eriksbergshallen.

Nära till evenemanget rakt över gatan och stora fräscha rum! Trevlig personal.

Lång kö och därmed väntetid vid incheck, verkade endast vara en personal i receptionen. Skulle behövt vara minst två stycken när det är någon form av event/mycket folk.

Läget bra, trevlig restaurang, rummet ok.

Dålig bemanning i receptionen. Frukostmatsalen inte dimensionerad för det antal boende som hotellet har, varken vad det gäller mat eller gäster. Hotellet börjar bli slitet, fäste till dusch trasigt, mattor som sett sina bästa dagar. Restaurangen ”the social” acceptabel men ingen gourmetmat, burgaren med parmesan/persilje fries var med vanliga pommes.

Fantastic stay, comfortable and amazing breakfast

This hotel is a converted old prison, it was roomy, interesting and clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The design and artistic elements are great. There’s parking close by.

Parking instructions state you must chose the numbered bay, these are no longer visible and it doesn’t matter (we checked with reception). It would be helpful for them to update the auto email that goes out.

Really recommend!

Exactly as pictured. Staff were really kind, answered all queries and spoke perfect English. Our room was lovely, check in and check out went smoothly. Great location for public transport into the city but still surrounded by a great selection of shops & restaurants. Really reasonable price and room was clean and breakfast was amazing.

Location of the hotel was excellent. Room was well equipped and nicely decorated. The breakfast was exceptional. My son enjoyed the waffel very much.

I cannot tell any negative feedback.

The bathroom was clean and the common areas were nice.

The breakfast was not impressive. Many options but low quality. Pillows were uncomfortable and the carpet was stained.

Aesthetically pleasing, incredibly friendly, and right on the water for evening strolls.

I loved the spaciousness of the hotel, that instead of carpeting there are polished wood floors. I love the art that adds to the color and brightness of the halls and the many areas where you can sit with a small group and chat. Staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast had a lot of delicious variety. I also loved that the hotel is right on the water and one can walk along the water and find great places to eat and have a drink.

my room really needs a touch of work on the walls and roof 😅 the paint on the roof cracked so much that it’s looks like some one will fall out from there 😂 really recommend to refresh this and fix ‘

Very satisfactory visit to Gothenburg!

Friendly personal, good location (bus and boat stops close by), dog friendly (near to little forrest/park) , big room, excellent breakfast, cheap parking next to the hotel, few nice little restaurants in the area, food also in the hotel bistro was nice.

Hotel in general and the rooms starts to look a bit worn and could use an update/refresh. No room service came as a surprice!
