très bien pour une arrivée en douceur au Japon

la situation dans un quartier animé la navette de l'aéroport qui arrive à l'hôtel directement les choix de restaurants la chambre très agréable bien que vraiment petite, on a du mal à mettre sa valise !!!

A hotel in a good location that meets all my basic needs

Location - it is right next to Lumine and the train station.

The bed needs to be refreshed or updated. I can feel and hear the spring when I moved on the bed.

Delightful stay

This is our third time staying in this hotel 😁 The towels, etc are very new and clean. The hotel staff are helpful and polite.

The breakfast. The quality of the food is not like my past two stays. Also, the staff (eg those serving omelettes/eggs) are relatively rude.

Guter Aufendhalt mit sehr guter Anbindung

Sehr gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Tolle Aussicht aus dem 22 Stock. Viele Dinge direkt im Hotel verfügbar.

Das Frühstücksbüffet konnte nicht vollends überzeugen. Bei mehreren Tagen Aufenthalt war es zu wenig Abwechslung.

Hotel Metropolitin convenient for us getting around Tokyo and room was comfortable and not too small

The bed was comfortable, the room quiet and the location very convenient for our travels due to it's proximity to Ikebukuro station. We did not do the breakfast so cannot comment on the restaurant.

The hotel is beautiful, staff are so helpful and friendly, close proximity to station and a comfortable room.

Beautiful hotel right next to the Ikebukuro station and easy access to Yamanote line. Most hotels in Japan are reasonably small like this one, but this room was very spacious for the size. Very clean, lovely amenities and TV with streaming services to enjoy after a long day. Bathroom is compact but comfortable and very clean. We didn’t get the breakfast included but enjoyed the buffet for one morning. The food was delicious with lots of variety. Added bonus was the airport shuttle to Haneda airport, very reasonably priced and saved us a lot of time to catch our flight home. Would definitely stay again in future!

It was a little expensive, but I suspect the time of year we chose to travel impacted the price.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this hotel

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet due to the large variety of cuisines and food options. The restaurant environment was very comfortable as well. It was also a very convenient location, minutes away from the station. The staff were friendly.

The bathroom was lacking sufficient ventilation. It would have been useful if every floor had a microwave next to the vending machine and ice dispenser. The TV channels were very limited, without any international channels.

I would stay here again. Best deal in town.

This is my go to hotel in Ikebukuro. The location is perfect across the train station. Family Mart, 7-11, Lawsons all around and many other restaurants, cafes and malls. It’s a slower pace than sunshine city area, but I love it. The Cross Point dining is amazing the food is delicious. Staff are very friendly. I like how the airport limousine bus stops here, so convenient.

Rooms are small, but bigger than some other hotels.

地理位置超讚，客房打掃人員打掃的很乾淨，還會幫我們折睡衣真是不好意思，提醒我們水杯若沒有喝完他們不能幫我們清洗，用杯蓋幫我們把水杯蓋起來，有夠貼心，對面西武百貨跟LUMINE逛完直接走回飯店放戰利品，超級方便！整體來說非常滿意，下次再來日本
