Não há palavras suficientes para descrever a maravilha que é a "Casinha da Amoreira". Para começar na localização: É o lugar perfeito para quem quer estar perto da cidade e da natureza em simultâneo. Na chegada a Ana recomendou uns restaurantes perto com um qualidade espetacular e preços muitos justos. algo que achámos díficil de encontrar no centro da cidade. As anfitriãs foram maravilhosas, presentearam-nos com um maravilhoso licor de tanjerina e um doce caseiro feito pela Sr. Anabela. já para não falar do chá e café que temos sempre à descrição. Na nossa opinião o pequeno almoço ganha pelo simples facto de poder ser tomado dentro da suite. Algo que em hóteis de 5 estrelas é pago, aqui é gratuito e bastante completo. A máquina que está dentro do quarto é de café de filtro, no entanto, pedimos à Sr. Anabela para nos servir um café expresso e ela fê-lo. A suite tem uma biblioteca, uma varanda com uma vista para a natureza, temos um tv gigante com netflix, e uma mesa com refeições. A melhor escolha na cidade de Coimbra para quem tem carro e quer estacionamento privado e gratuito, algo muito dificil de encontrar em coimbra, principalmente durante a semana.

Foi tudo perfeito. Obrigada às anfitriãs por terem tornado a nossa estadia na cidade de coimbra memorável.

Loved our stay thanks Ana, beautifully presented room and the extra little touches made it special - the welcome drink with crackers and jam, the fruit bowl and to top it off the exquisitely presented breakfast basket. A balcony to eat meals on. Beds were comfortable. Everything was perfect. Would return if I'm back in Portugal.

Good location, few minutes by car to Coimbra. Nice room with a balcony and a private bathroom. Wonderful host, very helpfull and kind. Good breakfast. Everything is done with love and commitment. We felt very looked after. Recommend with all my heart.

Absolutely everything! I mean, after all these years traveling around the globe, I reckon this place has something so special, because of the host and all the details behinds: a beautiful landscape, good smell/ decorations, and an excellent service! (with home made food/drink included) What more could you ask for? :)

A nice room

The room was tidy, the staff did their best to welcome us. Thank you for the tips for dinner and entertainment and for the tasty liquor.

Some things to improve (not critical): 1. It is not mentioned that the bathroom is external. 2. A bit strange breakfast option: 2 yogurts for 4 people, 1 cacao drink (caused a fight between children). 3. The fridge is provided but itis so tiny that we were not even able to store a b ottle of milk in it (enogh space only for a piece of cheese)

Ana is a great host, my wife and me were welcomed with a note placed on the door at entry, after that hwere offered wine that was made by her mother, it tasted sooo good. She then offered us homemade jam and also her birthday cake. The room set up was cozy, perfect attention to detail with all necessary stuff kept in the room to have a comfortable stay. The cleanliness of the room and the bathroom was excellent. A message was sent to let us know know about the breakfast basket left outside the room. Stay was amazing, thanks so much Ana!

We received a very friendly and hospitable welcome. Many personal touches making it feel like home.

Room exceeded our expectation with options of coffee, tea, home made jams not to mention the comfortable beds. A special liquor made by grandpa was a sweet touch. Breakfast was prepared thoughtfully and with a personal note.

Having a larger tv would have been nice.
