sehr schön und angenehm

die ganze ruhige, freundliche Atmosphäre und das schöne Zimmer mit Aussicht auf den Platz

Eine winzige Kleinigkeit: Es gibt keinen Kaffeeautomaten und die Frühstückdame hat uns auch nicht gefragt, ob wir einen wollen bzw uns informiert, was es für Getränke gibt. Offenbar muss man zur Theke hingehen und einen bestellen. Das ist etwas ungewöhnlich und steht nirgendwo. Dadurch wartet man länger, bis man versteht, dass man selbst nachfragen muss .Könnte man leicht ändern, indem das irgendwo steht bzw. die Frühstücksservicedame von sich aus herkommt.

kann man nur empfehlen!

Tolles Haus mit großzügigen Frühstück. Waren die ersten Radtramper (Alpen Adria Radweg) in diesem Jahr! Am Empfang wurden wir gut betreut (wegen des Regens die Buszeiten nach Grado und wo der Bus ist,a ber auch wo man einkaufen kann). Haben eine eigene Garage mit E-Lademöglichkeit, Haus geht direkt auf den Hauptplatz.

Excelent place

The hotel's position is optimal for a 1-2 night stay in Plamanova. The staff is super friendly; The food is more than acceptable - I can imagine eating every morning like this. I thoroughly recommend it.

Very nice hotel in impressive Palmanova fortress

Very good positioned, right next to the dome in the central piazza. Parking available at no additional cost. Spacious rooms and good breakfast and coffee.

Magnificent hotel in the heart of Palmanova!

Clean, neat, organized, safe place in the heart of Palmanova. The staff were so nice, helpful and polite, cannot wait to come back again! Very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast.

Comfortable, cute and very pleasant.

This stay was our comeback. Several years ago, we stayed in this hotel, and we were so satisfied. The lady who runs the hotel is so kind. She takes care about every detail. Provide me with the parking address via e-mail, to arrive easier. Provide us with a kettle that we can enjoy our Turkish coffee in the morning in the room. In the morning you can feel the smell of fresh pastries they are making inhouse. There is no so many choices but everything is so delicious, and you are feeling so homy.

Nice hotel in the centre of Palmanova

We stopped for one night in the hotel, as we were travelling. We prefer to spend the night here whenever we are driving to and from our home country. We arrived around 16:00 at the hotel and we parked our car in the hotel private parking. The receptionist was very nice and helpful. She had us choose which room we like best. The room was spacious and clean, comfy beds and clean bathroom. The breakfast was also very good and tasty.

It might get noisy because it's close to the church, but we weren't bothered by the bells.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient parking facility. We followed the advice to a nice trattoria just around the corner. Great location directly on the Piazza Grande, some of the rooms overlook the square.

Poor TV channel offer, only Italian channels showing pathetic programs.

Great hotel in the star shaped citadel of Palmanova

The hotel is located in the Palmanova main square and has a private parking next to the hotel. My family and I booked a 3 bed room for one night during our trip back to Switzerland. As soon as we entered the receptionist was very welcoming and provided us all the information we needed regarding the breakfast. Even though we traveled during the 4th Covid19 Omicron wave, the hotel found a solution to provide high quality services while respecting the hygiene and social distancing measures. We had to fill in a list with a lot of breakfast varieties and they have prepared everything fresh and exactly as we wanted. The home made cakes and juices were very tasty. The room was clean and the beds confortable.

Would come back!

The staff was super nice and caring, I got good advices about what to visit. The hotel room was very good for the price. The breakfast was perfect. The key highlight is probably that the location is the most central you can expect in Palmanova (and they have a parking even though when I was there parking in the city was easy to find).

Maybe the lack of a tiny bit of decoration inside the rooms, mine had a lot of space and some corners felt a bit empty. Very minor though.

Very nice place to stay and experience Palmanova

The hotel is directly on the main square of Palmanova. There are many cafeterias and restaurants in close vicinity. During Covid restrictions the breakfast was in form of buffet but you needed to preselect which foods you wanted the evening before. Hotel has parking spaces in the next door church backyard.

There is a church next door, so be prepared that church bells will ring quite close.
